I would not recommend Limitless Real Estate. I highly encourage you to read this if you are looking…read moreto work with their agents or the brokerage. My wife and I worked with Jennifer Ervin with an investment new build. (Please note that she is also a reviewer in this Google review, which shows that this company pads their reviews) She didn't attend any obligation that she committed to, none of the walk throughs, and didn't attend the closing. The builder suggested for us to resign the agent early on but we kept her on due to her being a friend of my wife. This agency will tell you anything to get a deal but doesn't follow through. We were promised a specific gift if we closed on the house...to date this didn't happen. We were confronted with malicious messages from Jennifer about me being hostile. I urge anyone reading this to message me so I show what the messages were and I will include a video of the conversation. It's truly unbelievable the lack of care, accountability and the lies these agents have. They made a dream experience into a terrible experience. We brought this issue to the brokerage for resolution. Blake ignored my 2 voice messages and calls. Mikaela talked to my wife and made up some nonsense, which it was clear that there was prompted conversation from the agent. To date, the brokerage and the agent have not completed the promises that they had. These people lack integrity. Watch out for realtors that try to be flashy, that don't put their promises on paper, and don't do what they say they will do. This is why people feel like they can't trust realtors. Don't use this brokerage nor any of their agents. It is our family's greatest mistake to bring business here.

While dining, I overheard a woman at their table--whom I initially assumed to be a guest--making loud, racially insensitive remarks using extremely vulgar language. Upon later reviewing the brokerage's website, I was unsettled to discover that this individual, Brooke Doumer, is also a real estate agent with the firm. As a professional representing her brokerage in a public setting, her behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I did observe Blake, who was seated across from her, attempt to address the situation; however, she dismissed his concerns with an eye roll, showing no remorse for her words. I have great respect for Blake, Makayla, and their team, as they consistently strive to serve both their clients and our community with integrity. I am sharing this review to bring awareness to how such behavior can reflect on an otherwise well-respected business and in the hope that appropriate action will be taken in alignment with their professional standards.

My dad had us set up to go with them and their Realtor's, Jeff & Debbie to look at a house they found that we heard was amazing. My husband and I were looking for an investment house and didn't know that what we would be walking into would be our home in just about 30 days. First off, Jeff and Debbie are great people! They show professionalism and really really care about their clients. They seem to always be available when you need them and made the house buying process seem easy and seamless. They worked with us on making the sale out to what we wanted it to be and explained everything to us. They gave great advice and were very honest with us. They are on the ball and ready to serve you! Even after the purchase has gone through they are still there for you to help you with anything you may need. They are great and we are so glad that we got to work with them to buy the house that we have always wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend using Jeff and Debbie as your Realtor's. I actually cant recommend them enough! =)

From the first walk through they pointed out features to fix in order to make the house more appealing and had contacts to get all of it done. We had a tenant that was in the unit at the time and it was not always easy, but Jeff and Debbie were understanding and accommodating. They offered client portals for us to see if there were viewings and updates on the neighborhood to see if we would need to adjust our approach. Once we had a offer they drew out what the offer would look like to our end game and also included a counter offer. We countered and it was accepted, we were under contract in about 4 days. They kept us posted on the inspection and appraisal as well as when then loan for the buyer was funded. The day of the closing they were reaching out to us to congratulate us, which is awesome seeing how many agents see the transaction as closed and move on. Jeff and Debbie also sent us a follow up email letting us know about the escrow account on our house that we sold and how we should have funds coming back to us from that. Overall if you are looking for someone to show you around or list your house, and truly be honest with you and still care about your interest, Jeff and Debbie are the way to go.

During my initial…read moreconversations with her, I was given the impression that we would have no problem taking my case to trial and had a strong chance of winning. That confidence and willingness to fight for my case was a major reason I decided to hire her. However, when the time came to seriously discuss going to trial, the conversation changed significantly. I was repeatedly stressed about how much additional money a trial would cost, and I felt that she began backtracking on things that had initially been communicated to me and on the confidence that led me to hire the firm in the first place. After paying for representation, I did not feel the communication, effort, or advocacy on my behalf met my expectations. Personally, it felt as though there was more interest in closing out my case than fighting for the outcome I had hired them to pursue. I felt like my case was being written off rather than fully advocated for. The entire experience was incredibly disheartening. There is a helpless feeling that comes with being in a legal situation where you depend on your attorney to fight for you, only to feel like your own representation has lost interest in pursuing your case. I felt powerless and disappointed, especially after the expectations that were set when I initially hired them. This is entirely based on my personal experience, but based on that experience, I would not hire this attorney again. I encourage anyone considering representation to ask very detailed questions upfront about trial strategy, anticipated costs, and whether the attorney is genuinely prepared to take the case all the way if necessary.

Justin Spence of White Tundra Construction served as our general contractor while building our…read morecustom home. We liked that he was a small company, he was easy to work with and he allowed us to get involved in some of the build to the extent we desired. This effort spanned a couple of years because of COVID. It was a very challenging time to build with a lack of available subs and serious delays and shortages in materials. On top of that, our home design had some special, unique challenges. We were very pleased and impressed with his even temperament which kept us calm while he kept the work moving forward. We are now living in our beautiful home and are very happy with the results. One of Justin's specialties is energy efficiency. He pays close attention to the smallest details and as a result we feel we have a very well built, energy efficient home. We would gladly recommend him to anyone needing a general contractor.

Our experience with this company was positive for most of our lease, but everything changed during…read morethe move-out process. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from our assigned property manager. On multiple occasions, I had to reach out several times before receiving a response, and I rarely received updates unless I continuously followed up. At one point, I was eventually told that their internet had been down, but it would have been helpful to know that earlier rather than having to call repeatedly wondering why I wasn't receiving a response. The handling of our security deposit was by far the most frustrating part of the entire experience. We were charged over $400 for carpet cleaning even though our property manager had specifically told us that we did not need to have the carpets professionally cleaned. We also had to dispute multiple other charges that we felt were unnecessary. We had taken very good care of the property and genuinely felt that we left the house in better condition than when we moved in. When we moved in, the backyard had weeds that were over a foot tall. During our tenancy, we maintained the property and kept the yard and home in great condition. It was extremely frustrating to feel like we were being nickel-and-dimed for every possible thing after we had been responsible tenants. After we continued fighting to get our money back, our property manager remained unhelpful and, in our experience, disrespectful. Eventually, she told me that if I disagreed with the charges, I would have to take the matter to court with the landlord. Thankfully, the landlord was much more understanding. He acknowledged that we had been great tenants and ultimately recognized that we should receive some of our deposit back. What was most disappointing was that we felt the property management company was not on our side throughout the process and made what should have been a straightforward move-out experience unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the property and our tenancy were good, but the way the move-out and security deposit were handled left a very negative impression. If you rent through this company, I would strongly recommend documenting everything from move-in through move-out, taking plenty of photos, keeping all communication, and being prepared to advocate for yourself when it comes to your security deposit. Our biggest issue wasn't even the fact that there were deductions--it was the lack of communication, the difficulty getting answers, and the way we were treated when we questioned charges we believed were unfair. After being good tenants and taking care of the property, we expected a much better experience when it came time to move out.
