This place appears to have suddenly closed with no warning. I paid for services that have not been rendered in full- I still had three sessions left and I paid hundreds of dollars for these. I got a cancellation email, then when I tried calling them, their phone was nonworking; it's been two weeks and I cannot get ahold of them. A nearby business says they appear to have closed and there has been nobody around, not even to pick up their mail. I would like a partial refund on the services I paid for but did not receive. I've wanted laser hair removal my whole life. Literally. Kacey is amazzzzing & I am so happy with my results. I have 1 more session left in my 6 session full body package that I got for $650. She is so professional & makes sure you're comfortable the whole time & is easy to talk to during it. I normally do not write reviews but my reason is two fold. I have been a VIP member for over five years. I know Limitless has changed owners in the last year or so. Since the change in ownership, I have been extremely dissatisfied with the management as well as the staff doing the various procedures. It was obvious when ALL the previous staff left their employment, things were not good. I purchased a package for Micro Needling. The first two treatments were a disaster and very very painful leaving pigmentation issues which have since been cleared up thanks to Technician named Serena Evans. She is amazing and the ONLY reason I am still a member. I had ask the front desk to make a note in their computer that Serena was the only person I wanted any of my treatments with and was told that it had been noted in my files. Today I went for a skin tightening and was told that I would be with another Technician. I told them my appointment was with Serena and if another Tech was doing the service I would be leaving. The Assistant Manager Kim quickly resolved the situation and Serena was allowed to do my treatment. Upon leaving I made it extremely clear that I only wanted to be scheduled with Serena and double checked that this had indeed been put in the computer. The management with the exception of Kim needs to be retrained on managing the Med Spa. I can tell you with complete certainty that if things don't improve I will be canceling my membership and will look elsewhere for these services. Having said all this I want to restate what a great Technician Serena Evans is and would regret not being able to continue services with her. She is very personable and really knows her stuff. The massage technician here was horrible and very unprofessional. She was on her phone the entire time listening to music, she had her phone laying next to me vibrating on my side and she rolled around on a chair while giving the massage. The only thing she did was rub me. She had no other techniques than rubbing. I stopped her in the middle of the session to ask her how long had she been giving massages and she said 15 years. Can't be. She was very unprofessional and after speaking to the manager she tried to accuse me of stealing 1 I repeat 1 of her airpods. I will never go back there again. read more

I gave a glowing 5 star review back in June 2017 but have to revise my ratings now after the new management took over the spa. The difference is night and day! I purchased an expensive Dermarolling package when the spa was under Dr. Ciaglia and have used only 1 session from the package. I have since moved out of town at about the same time the new management took over. I have informed the spa of my move and that I will no longer be in Spring, Tx for my treatment...I have all paperwork as evidence of my permanent move out of town. I requested that they honor the terms and conditions from previous management - as a goodwill gesture ...my husband and I have, after all, spent close to $8K in a matter of months at the spa for various treatments. I mentioned that if a partial refund is not possible, they could also offer credits towards product purchases. Vincent Chitolie the manager would not reimburse or offer product credits. Instead, he offered that I 'transfer my treatment package to a friend or family member for $20 transfer fee'. First of all, this is a specialty treatment, not everyone needs or wants microdermarolling, and secondly, apart from losing my approx $500 balance on my unused sessions, the spa now wants to charge $20 transfer fee! Obviously the new management is looking to make a quick buck and is shortsighted over keeping existing clients happy and satisfied. I may have moved out of town but I have been recommending the spa to many friends and contacts - now, I will tell them to be careful with the new management as they are short-sighted in their business transactions. Becareful when you purchase spa packages from the spa and read all fine print..... As for the new management, here's what I have to say...For $500, you lost customer goodwill and earned yourself a negative review on Yelp. Going through their site they had other offers and great prices. Nice and cozy facility. Really clean and friendly staff. Convenient location to my house. I would give them zero stars but it doesn't appear this is allowed. Had laser treatment for spider veins. Ended up with 1/4" by 1" marks all over my legs from the laser. My body did not react well. Within a few days I had a "hive" like reaction. I called and had to leave a message, but the Dr. or nurse never bothered to call me back. I was going here a couple times a month for quite a while. I was very pleased with the services. No complaints there. However, when I had a problem with my monthly membership fees being charged erratically (was supposed to be the 1st of every month) I couldn't get a call back. I received a call back the first time I called on this matter. I explained to Suzanne, the owner, that I HAVE to know the date the charge will be coming out because I have to budget accordingly. She understood and told me that they were having a system issue with the company they use to charge the membership fees and that it would be back to normal the following month. This went on for months following that phone call!!! I called Suzanne three more times after our first contact to discuss the issue again, but never got another call back. I finally cancelled because I couldn't get Suzanne to call me back. That was very unprofessional. read more

I had been wanting to do laser hair removal for a long time and Limitless had it all. The price was reasonable and the staff seemed very professional and the place was clean, so I decided to do it. I am now past my second session out of six and I see a huge difference in hair growth. The treatments to hurt, but the staff try to be as helpful as possible in preparing you for that. Management and staff has changed a lot since I've been coming here for the past year for laser hair removal treatment. I was extremely lucky and signed up for a special: $600 for 6 full body treatments last year. I was blessed to have Courtney for a majority of my sessions. Because of her, I have had great results. When I had any other technician I DID NOT get as good results. I do not recommend this spa anymore now that she is gone. The front staff is not helpful and the technicians do not know what they are doing. I would not have known any better until I met Courtney and started seeing results and she found the perfect setting for me. I still need more sessions but due to sudden increases in price and new management I will no longer be continuing my services with them. I was quoted $500 for three full body sessions after my last consultation and when I called back to confirm two weeks later the front desk management told me this was for legs and underarms only even though when I came there were signs posted everywhere and even on their Facebook 6 sessions full body for 999. Thankfully I didn't pay beforehand and was easily able to cancel my appointment. Buyer beware!! read more

I went thru Groupon for laser hair reduction at this place, and once at the consult was informed of meds I couldn't be on. The lady told me she'd look into a product I'm currently on for hair growth (on head) and then continued to charge me for the services I'd be receiving in March, not January which is way down the road. So then I decided to look into the meds myself when I left and told them on that same day that I'd have to finish those meds first and then go on with laser afterwards. To refund me for services I hadn't received. They would not offer any refunds, nor acknowledge the meds I am currently on. I do not wish to partake in a spa that has this little professionalism, where they are so quick to charge but so ruthless to offer refunds when relating to medical issues. I got a voucher for 6 laser hair removal treatments for 3 areas. The service was always extremely quick and professional. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for my appointment. The receptionists and various techs who did my laser were all extremely sweet and never tried to sell me any more services. As soon as I finished one treatment, they scheduled another one. Getting Saturday appointments was a breeze and they let me reschedule appointments without any problems! I accidentally slept through an early morning appointment and they didn't charge me the usual no-show fee because it was an accident, which was awesome. As for the effects of the laser, I just finished my sixth treatment last weekend and for the most part, the hair is gone! I did my upper legs, lower arms, and underarms with them, and after six treatments all I see is a stray hair here and there. I am Middle Eastern with lightly tan skin and very dark, thick black hair, so I am pretty happy with the results! I just hope they last! read more

I'm so glad I looked into the reviews for this place and now I understand maybe why my laser was not working. I ordered a package for the whole body and I had already seen a huge reduction after my first session and then the girl that have been doing my sessions left and was replaced by somebody else I've now seen three different technicians and I have seen no difference. Even though these visits spent more than six months... The first time I went they were so knowledgeable and went through everything with me explaining the process I feel like the last one was so rushed and hurried I had marks all of my legs when I left and the hair in the spots just keeps coming back. I understand it takes several treatments but I think at this point I should be seeing a difference and I can only assume that the issue is the Constantly changing people. read more

If I were have written a review about them before it was sold it would have been 5 stars. I am not sure who owns this place but the professional, prompt service that was provided with the previous owner is out the window. The right hand has no freaking clue what the left hand is doing. I called at the end of June to start my program. Talked to receptionist and of course she could not help. Said I will have Saba call you back. Two weeks later I get a call from her. TWO WEEKS! I talk to Saba on Saturday July 15th and she tells me the order is being placed and will be in the following week. She also tells me my cost is half of what it normally is because I am repeat patient. Awesome! Just kidding - I don't hear from anyone so I call on Thursday July 20th only to be told I would get a call back (this is the typical response because they can NEVER give you an answer) so I wait till Saturday and decide to call. July 22nd - told by someone else (maybe the manager) that Saba is out of the country and they are trying to figure out what she ordered and will have a meeting on Wednesday the 26th and will call to let me know the status. I did get a call and was told everything was ordered - I said everything, right?? Fast forward to the next week. First week of August - my stuff is in but not all of it. Part of the medication was missing. When I asked why it wasn't ordered the response I got was " oh we didn't know you wanted that". Ummm - yes, all my patient notes should be in my file (assuming you run a business the way it should be run). I was told they would get that ordered and it should be in in a few days. I give it almost a week and decide to call back only to hear that they are no longer proving the medication. Hahaha. Really? So I'm told it's ordered and should be in soon then told it's not part of the program. Oh it gets better - when I asked about the price, since the medication was no longer included, I was told it doesn't change the cost. That's when I brought up what Saba told me - half the cost. Guess what - that's not in my file either. So I'm told she would email Saba and ask her and get back to me ASAP. YOU GUESSED IT - no response so I had to call once again only to be told "I'm sorry I can't help you. I will have someone call you tomorrow". Good Lord does anyone know anything over there??!!?!? Here's something fun- I sent an email to them on July 20th and again on Aug 8th. I got a response on Aug 10th only to state they don't have any new info. I asked for the new owners to call me. For starters throughout the whole massage this guy kept telling me how attractive I am and making just out of the ordinary comments. Javier, was informative during the massage, but perhaps his delivery could be better. You don't tell someone to stop wearing heels because they're old (I'm 48). He then mentioned that they are having a negative effect on my legs/hips/back. Then he proceeded to push down on areas of my feet and calves to prove the tension and it really hurt. Same thing with a poorly chosen comment about my back looking horribly out of line. Then he mentioned that I should stop slumping at my desk or get a brace. So while I do wear heels and slump at my desk, he should have only addressed the medical benefits regarding his suggestions and not be condescending. As far as the massage went, it was one of the most painful I've ever had. I told him prior to the session, that I prefer somewhere between deep tissue and a normal massage, like a medium pressure. He agreed most people can't handle a true deep tissue treatment. This massage wasn't what you would think in a traditional sense. I'm used to a masseuse having to work out a few stress knots. They can be painful, but this was a different kind of pain. It was a lot of bending, pulling, pushing of the joints too. I had to ask him to dial it back a notch (a few times). He was pulling and pushing joints in positions that I wasn't used to. One of the most hurtful was my left and right shoulders. Even after I jumped in pain and pulled away, he kept pushing (but at least was more careful to not bend it back as far). He said it's "no pain, no gain." It's been 48 hrs and my right shoulder is still hurting. I'm just hoping he didn't cause any permanent damage. The only plus side was that the front desk admin, Mo, was a ray of sunshine by being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. read more
