Phil is extremely passionate about what he does, and it shows in everything he does at the gym. He works with people of all skill levels to help them achieve their fitness goals! He clearly takes a lot of pride in his business, and it shows in the way he keeps the gym in impeccable condition. Everyone who trains there is expected to put things back where they belong, and as a result, the gym is always spotless. This creates a really positive environment that makes it a pleasure to work out there. Phil knows the name of everyone who trains at his gym. Not only does he greet each person by name when they arrive, but he also takes the time to introduce everyone to each other. This creates a sense of community and camaraderie that is all too rare in today's world. Overall, I can't recommend Phil and his gym highly enough. There is ample cardio equipment as well such as ellipticals, stair climbers, hand bikes, cycling machines, etc. The owner Phil is very knowledgeable and treats you like family. His knowledge of excercise science is second to none. He runs a tight ship and any trouble makers will not be allowed to return. The complete lack of riff raff and friendly members make this an ideal gym for the professional. There is never a wait for a machine or bench. Staff is friendly and professional. The studio is very clean and has a waiting area where you can leave your shoes and belongings in a cubby. Jenn is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient and made me feel so comfortable, especially since it was my first time trying aerial yoga. Also - her playlist was amazing - which is important for a good workout. If you are looking for a killer workout that is so much fun and doesn't feel like you're working out, I would highly recommend taking one of her classes. I will definitely be back soon.

At the time they were using Mind/Body Connect and when I checked my account online, there was indeed an expiration date. Unfortunately, due to classes that had no available spots and then the classes being CANCELED due to equipment maintenance, I was unable to use the rest of the package before it expired. If you're trying to get a hold of someone at this place, don't hold your breath. You'll need to call and email at least 3-5 times, or update your review and reduce stars for them to get back to you. (I know because I updated mine a couple of months ago and after that, someone got back to me. They never mentioned the updated review but I decided to be kind and remove it, leaving my original 5 stars.) I was assured I could use the remainder of my classes but I couldn't book online because their darn system didn't recognize my package as valid. Then once the equipment was finally back, they changed the schedule so I had a hard time securing a spot again. I was again assured I could use my package but no one answers or responds to calls! So tonight, I came in good faith hoping that someone bothered to check voicemail and email. I guess not though, because the door was locked, lights out. Total waste of my time. At this point I just want a refund and be done with this place! It's a shame because I enjoyed the classes, but it's just not worth the trouble. Regardless of the outcome this time around, I won't be deleting my updated review, like I did the last time once they finally got back to me. There's little they can do to rectify this situation and change my mind about their care and concern for their customers.

An experienced and extremely knowledgeable instructor -- with a doctorate in physical therapy, no less -- she provides a challenging and safe mix of exercises in each class. Importantly, she accommodates the varying levels and ages of participants seamlessly. Her instructions are thorough, and the constant change is refreshing. I have recently added occasional private sessions with this highly-capable trainer. I love her!
