The massage I had today at Ancient Thai Bodywork with Esther was hands down the BEST massage I've ever had. They were able to squeeze me in today after I pinched something wicked in my neck, but I don't think I realized how tense the rest of me was in general. I walked out of the studio feeling so light and like a brand new person. Esther was kind, intuitive in her work, and regularly checked in throughout the massage. Everything she did helped so much. I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. Checked in immediately, as I had entered all voucher info ahead of time. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air.
