The tip box is in the lobby, so you don't feel pressured to shell out extra bucks. What I didn't like: For a wash, wax, undercarriage spray, mat vaccuming and interior wipe, Frank's charges $18. Isn't that a bit steep for Lima? My interior paneling was left dusty, and my trunk had water spots. Also, with the lobby tip jar, I couldn't base my tip on the job that was done.

Felt the need to warn other patrons of the owner's behavior.) First off, I'm sure the staff of Classy Auto Spa are top notch, good people. This review is not intended for them. I am reviewing the owner. Understandably my vehicle was dirtier than normal, from children, whom everyone can relate (except this owner apparently) cause dirt and grime over the years (gum in the upholstery, etc.) Thanks to our current economic climate, both parents have to work to provide, leaving little time to keep up with vehicle maintenance. Which is why a customer turns to a business for assistance through payment of service. Most decent people would understand this, I thought. My thoughts were wrong. Introducing the owner of Classy Auto Spa. I must admit, the staff did a fabulous job of getting my vehicle clean. No complaints there. My complaint stems from the owner berating me over his opinion of how dirty my vehicle was and how difficult it was for his employees to clean. Understandably, I was charged an extra fee for the extra time it took to clean. No problem there. I just feel a company should do their job, charge extra if needed and keep their mouth shut. Insulting a family for doing their best because it took their employees longer to perform a service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to poor ownership, I will not be using their services again. Buyer beware, risk of insult from the owner. To the staff of Classy Auto Spa, props to you and thank you for your hard work.

I brought my car in and they turned an estimate around in about 20 minutes, and scheduled the work for the next week. I will only bring my vehicles back to these guys to get work done. Outstanding!!

When we dropped off the car on April 8, 2018 his estimate to complete was 21 days. We paid $2752.50 which is 1/2 the cost for the deposit. I would call every so often to see how it was going on my car. Sometimes he would respond, but most times not. After some time went by I realized he was lying to me. I put in pictures to show the quality of work he does or does not do. I finally get the car back from him and I can not open the trunk and missing multiple parts. I also have a huge dent in the passenger door that was not there when I dropped it off to the shop. I would not take anything to this shop to be worked on. Did I mention Joe had this vehicle for almost two years. I got it back March 30, 2020. You would think working on someone's car for that long the quality of work would be impeccable. You can see for yourself that it is horrible.

Dropped truck off on a Thursday the 6th. Supposed to get it back on Monday the 10th. Actually got it back on Saturday the 22nd after many calls saying we are almost there. They never called me for anything else found they just repaired it at a cost of $1300.00 more! Never consulted with me if I could afford this or not !! I had to dig deep into savings for this even though I hated to do it. I would have appreciated a consult before the repair. It's scary to think what would have happened if I couldn't pay the extra money. They would have kept my vehicle so on and so fourth. To add insult to injury my truck sounds worse now than it did when I took it in. Drive to Toyota and the timing is way off! Made an appointment with Toyota to remedy timing. And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost? Keep my truck for two weeks again. Would they find a whole slew of other things to throw money at? Never called me the first time why would they call me this time.
