As I was inching into the track for…read moremy left wheel to get placed, the young female working that side of the car wash yelled at me to stop, put her hands up and so I stopped, to which I heard her loudly exclaim "God Damn!" "JESUS CHRIST" I was stunned, then as I traveled thru the wash, I became angry. I chose not to turn back into the car wash and go inside to find management because I was so upset, I may have been asked to leave. I did, however, phone the number on the receipt, leaving 2 voice mails on that line, and waited till Monday to see if I received a turn call. Nothing. I then left a voice mail with the corporate office last week, to which I have heard nothing back as well. I canceled my membership the day of the incident, was prompted to let them know why, so I did write it out. The lack of acknowledgement of this occurrence shows how little this company is concerned about their customers. Oh, and the wash itself did not do a good job for the money I spent.
