Everyone at the office is warm, efficient and highly professional. The hygienist immediately put me at ease (even under the more challenging circumstances related to Covid) and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Richard Ross did the examination after the cleaning and answered my questions and was very knowledgable and reassuring. The entire process was painless. I intend to return and to schedule appointments for my children. Highly recommend this practice.

When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. For the first time in years, I smile with my teeth showing. I love Dr Cingel so much, I made it a family affair and he now also treats my son. A friend recommended Dr. NIcoletti and I am glad he did. The office is a typical dentist office but the staff was very knowledgeable and able to navigate through my insurance/billing. Then it was time to do the work. The Dr. explained everything to me in terms of what I was going to expect, all of my options, he was very patient with my questions and woila. In no time, my dental work was done...he was very gentle, quick and I did not feel any pain, any annoying mouth suctions, dry mouth, nada. Best of all, my teeth and smile look AMAZING. I was a patient of Dr Wartella who was at this location, for 10 years, when Dr Wartella sold his practice to Dr Ohkawa , I was happy to continue going there for my family's dental care. Because of his wife's self centered and uncaring demeanor, she insulted me and my wife, accused me of being rude to her, even though I tried to explain my concern, all she wanted to do was dismiss me, and she removed me mid treatment because I had a question about my insurance. Unfortunately for Dr Ohkawa she runs his office, my advise to any and all is to be aware of her unprofessional, uncaring and very disturbing treatment of patients, I had heard this from others that they stopped going there because of her, I disputed what I was hearing from those people, I would always speak very highly of the Dr and his dental staff. I can not possibly describe how bone crushingly stupid that is. Ain't no explaining something that obvious, that's the most zero IQ thing I've experienced in a dentist office

Positives: I was quite satisfied with Dr. Acuri the two times I went to him for surgical…read moreprocedures. Negatives: I was very unsatisfied with his office staff. I knew that his office didn't participate in health insurance. I was prepared to submit my received bill for reimbursement myself after paying him in full. When I received a letter from my insurance asking for procedure codes I received zero cooperation from his office. Additionally, I was repeatedly routed to his answering service during normal business hours whenever I called. They wouldn't take messages and instructed me to call during 'normal business hours' which is exactly what I was doing...repeatedly. Returning to the office in person resulted in no success in getting procedure codes. Total lack of cooperation. During my dental procedure my wife observed staff chatting about their personal lives with one another the entire time she waited for me.They then proceeded to claim the office was understaffed. After this experience I have encouraged my dentist to consider making his referrals to a different oral surgeon. I feel this is unfortunate as I consider Dr. Acuri a good oral surgeon.
