Lilly was the person that done my nails. First she put on acrylics and I felt the tips were too long for me but she said for me to wait until the end. She said my nails were short and she's going to do something similar. She's doing it and I'm looking, I can tell it's not the same and I told her that. She kept saying my nails were too short. The nails were 33£ and it doesn't look anything like the picture that I had shown her. I pay and I leave.
I come back to want to remove it and they say I can't because it's just been done, they said that I didn't show any protest regarding the nails being done, they kept repeating that the nail art had long nails and I had short nails. Gaslighting me. I leave and go back again to ask if they take it off or change it to another colour. They offer it but they're still gaslighting me saying that I didn't say anything, the man Joe said for me to not mess about. I was contemplating If I should take it off or change the colour because I need to pay for it. There's a costumer lady saying if she should get water for me to take them off and he said she has to wait, she's just messing about. And I leave and cry because they're gaslighting me and making me feel like I'm the problem. I have been here before, twice and it was good but I never asked for nail art or design, it was plain nails/ manicure.
