They do everything you would expect from cut and blow dry, colours, relaxers, braiding to weaves. They also sell a wide variety of professional salon hair products. B In the City do both european and afro hair and what I have found is the service is quicker and I can be in and out in 90 minutes - 2 hours max whereby at other salons I could be there 6 hours just having a relaxer and cut!!!
