RPS Landscaping did an absolute excellent job working on my landscaping project. I had them clear…read moreout VERY overgrown vines and tall weed bushes that had covered my old stone walls. They pulled the growth up from the roots (not just cut it back), layed landscape fabric and then put down mulch. It now looks spectacular- I was thrilled! They also restacked the stone wall were it had collapsed over the years. I was also very impressed with how prompt, polite and especially how hard working they were. They also cleaned up my front garden, which included pulling weeds, pruned my hydrangeas, edging and then topped with mulch- now looks beautiful! I would without question recommend RPS Landscaping if you're looking to have some work done! I'm a new customer and plan on using RPS for all my future projects.

He did the job the same week, and it cost half what the other outfit was going to charge. He did great work, and on top of that, he was nice. I can't stand giving money to people who aren't nice. They have a special dumptruck that's bevelled at the top of the side walls to allow this. Other companies have just dumped our wood closer to the mouth of our driveway, because they can't raise the bed without hitting our gutters, and we've had to move the wood by hand to the back of the driveway, to make room for our cars. They also have an excellent product; well-seasoned and cut in good lengths for a small wood stove, and they work with you to find a delivery time that suits your schedule, and message you 30 minutes before they arrive. Absolutely the best firewood delivery that we've ever had!

However 2) Follow up Customer Service is awful and I don't know how this person continues the business. Last year 2022 I had an issue needing a repair, never saw Joe, he sent two workers that spent no more than 15 minutes, couldn't explain why the issue occurred and left supposedly having fixed it. April this year 2023, the exact issue occurred. I contacted Joe and told, he'd get back to me. He didn't so a few calls later he did and told me he'd stop by when "in the area". It's now 2 months later and no sign of him. His office person told me on 6/14 he was coming that day. No show. I've left messages twice since with no call back. So If no issues post install, great but expect nothing but lies, no communication .. if anything needs to be done after the install. Go elsewhere!

I didn't even feel the need to 'shop around' after he came out. We had one cancellation due to weather, but communication was great and we quickly rescheduled. Rob and his crew came out and removed a Birch in the front yard that had died and was deteriorating, as well as, trimmed a large Oak in the side yard and removed most of the trunk of a Pine that had sheared off in a winter storm a few years back. All was done in a very professional manner with no further disruption to my property or my neighbors. With the upcoming thaw, I'll have them out again to grind down a few stumps that remain. All in all a great company that does fantastic work! Highly recommended!
