However, the service was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I called the previous day to schedule two 45-minute massages for me and a friend. When we arrived 10 minutes early, we were told that we would have to go separately. Okay. That's fine, we can take turns and be patient. But then my friend went back at 4 and about 10 minutes later, the masseuse came back out to the lobby to me and asked me if I was there for a massage. I informed her that I was and I was supposed to go after my friend was done because we called and scheduled an appointment. She told me that couldn't happen because they were "too busy" today and already had 2 people scheduled at 4. And I had to tell her that I was the person that called and scheduled an appointment for 2 people. I was the second person. She took my phone number and then never came back to talk to me. She finally returned when my friend was done and told me that she could only give me a 30 minute massage because she had an appointment at 5:15 for 2 other people. Even though I had paid for the 45 minutes I was only given 30 minutes and she told me when I came back I could have a free extra 15 minutes. However, I will not be returning due to the poor management and terrible scheduling.

I decided to give my wife an early Mother's Day surprise and treated her (and myself) to a couples massage today at Hampton Village Massage. I have never had an overall amazing experience such as the one I had today at any massage business!! The couples massage room was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. The massage was INCREDIBLE! Coco was my masseuse. She applied the perfect pressure and was able to really focus on problem areas in a way that felt both therapeutic and relaxing. She also has a strong sense of anatomy and an intuitive touch. Lisa massaged my wife and likewise gave a very thorough professional massage. We had a GREAT experience and will return soon! We definitely recommend!!

They have member and non-member prices, however, the latter are still super reasonable. There are two main types of memberships: reoccurring membership fees that can be automatically drafted or pre-paid packages of 3, 6, and 12 massages that you can use over a certain period of time. Don't think you'll use all those massages? Add a family member to the plan! Feeling extra stressed out? Upgrade to a longer massage and just pay the difference! Both membership options are really low commitment. Not quite sold yet? No problem! They have first time customer rates as well. Plus they send you birthday coupons. I don't know any other place that has such flexible payment options! As far as the massages, all the masseuses I had were great. I run/play soccer, but horrible at stretching and I'm at the computer for the majority of my job (i.e., lots of tight muscles in my legs, butt, neck, and shoulders). Got rid of my knots. Always feel great after a session. If you want the table heated, just request it when you make your appointment. If you're still complaining, you're probably more high maintenance and should be looking for a spa instead. While Simply Massage might not have all those extra frills, the facility is clean and has never let me down.

I got a confirmation email for 90 mins as well. I couldn't wait to come here because I was having back and leg pain. When I got here I could tell I was probably one of the last appointments for the day. The girl up front was super friendly and also confirmed my 90 minute prenatal massage. I don't remember my therapist's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I'm rating this 2 stars because she talked the WHOLE time during my massage. I knew her whole life, her husband and kids, the church she went to, where she grew up, etc. I tried to be discreet and close my eyes to give her a hint but she did not take it. It was not relaxing at all. Although the massage was good, I was upset because she only gave me a 60 minute massage. I didn't realize it until I got dressed and saw the clock. I went back to the front and said something to the girl and front desk and she apologized. I didn't get charged for the 90 min massage but still I was really hoping for the full 90 mins. I have no desire to come back here again.

Walking in everything went fine until she let me to the first room on the right and waited for me to get changed. What I noticed was the room didn't look like it had been kept up considering there's a giant hole in the wall that leads to the front room and they use a big painting to cover the hole. Which made me feel very unsafe. But the cherry on top was the actual massage seemed to be focused on my lower regions and exposing them. During the massage, I kept overthinking why she kept going back to my lower regions why this felt like more of an expose rather than a massage. So I didn't feel comfortable saying anything which is my fault. Maybe she's never done a massage before and she didn't know what to do or maybe she's used to massaging older clients that need to focus on their lower regions. Either way I would love to see the hole in the wall covered up to ease my mind on what could've been the case.

Some weeks I go twice a week (when I've over worked my muscles) but I definitely go weekly! You will not be disappointed! Always a family friendly place to be ! The ONLY complaint I have is the loud (rude) customers who talk loudly and /or stay on their phones while others are receiving massages . I leave my phone in the car or put it on airplane mode. I think all customers should consider this for the optimum experience of the clients.

A man came in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and they charged $100. What I was charged for a normal 60 minute massage. Totally ridiculous to charge a pregnant woman an extra $30, nearly a 50% upcharge. It is not like they have a special table or special process for pregnant people. I had to lay on my side for the massage. I only brought $100 in cash because I thought the total would be $70. So when they said $100, I tipped on my card after paying the rest in cash. They asked how much I wanted to tip and I said $15. So they typed in $16 on the machine and said "$1 for using card". Kind of ridiculous to do when it's a tip. Especially after being overcharged by $30. For a discounted place ($70 for 60 minutes), it's worth it. But when they charge the same as the nicest spas in the area for pregnant people, totally not worth it. Go somewhere nicer. I left feeling scammed and taken advantage of.
