My recommendation (as a paying customer) to this business is to let go of the entitled attitude, charge what you think you're talents are worth, and stop expecting your customers to give you what you think they should. People work hard for their money and can spend it how and on what they want. As a business, it is so unprofessional to try to argue/bully people into giving you what you feel you're entitled to.
