While the ladies were very kind, the service felt extremely rushed, and my massage barely included my whole body, which is what was paid for. She focused on my back, neck and head. My arms, legs and feet were neglected, and ghost over. Some people have a heavy hand and I'm sure I've had quite a few knots, but my last massage (a few years ago) blew me away in comparison to today. Update: I woke up from a nap and I am in excruciating pain all over my upper back, neck and my head, and called only to be asked why I didn't make a complaint in the spa, when I was willing to let it pass. I want a full refund for the services done extremely poorly and will wait to hear back from the manager tomorrow, because I don't think a gift card is enough severance. Second update: It's laughable, honestly. First, they offer the money back, then say to dispute. No issue. They also act like they aren't the owner to avoid accountability. I will be disputing with the bank. I'd wished I'd seen the reviews sooner, especially the one regarding sexual assault.

Honestly, I was just searching for a review I think I could trust. Not to say that the writers experiences were not accurate, but one never knows until they've experienced things for themselves. Arrived mid-morning without an appointment. This was risky as other patrons were already there, though luckily space was still available. My massage area, not a separate room, had enough privacy where I felt comfortable. During my session, realization kicked in noting that bells and whistles were not needed nor were they missed. The massage room was large and comfortable. There were even slippers there. The masseuse was polite. She didn't ask me any questions and got right to work. The massage was a combo of deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, pressure points and a lot of stretching. She knew what I needed and dedicated a lot of time to the upper back neck and shoulders which was my greatest area of need. The massage was excellent. I like a very strong massage, and the first 5 minutes with Tom confirmed that I was in the right place for a great massage! Tom could feel where I needed attention and did so with sure, strong, and confident hands. I started with an hour and extended twice for a total of 90 minutes. Left there feeling brand new. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with a ten minute foot massage add on. The massage was intense at times, as the masseuse used a lot of pressure. I felt a bit sore afterwards, but hopefully it's a sign of tension relieved. The deep tissue massage included a hot stone treatment, which was nice, but the stones were initially a bit too hot. They also do a face and neck massage. The treatment areas are separated by curtains so you can hear the people next to you, but they play soothing music and it didn't feel noisy. Prices are very affordable and they accept credit cards for the balance and tip. They also take cards over the phone, if you're buying a treatment as a gift.
