His staff told me to come in at different times than the doctor and his staff wouldn't tell me via phone or email which time to arrive. His staff listed me for open heart surgery on their website twice when dr said I was only coming in for a procedure and the staff wouldn't answer if I was having surgery or a procedure or both. Staff called 14 times to prepay for procedure two weeks out but no one would tell me how much I would owe at time of procedure. Durham is Awesome but his staff (SA Atrium) is a total Fail. Reviews say his Comfort staff is awesome, might be worth the hour 15 minute drive to get a great doctor and staff. Avoid SA Atrium staff!
