The manicures, pedicures and waxing is OK…read more The reason I am giving this only 2 stars is: 1-they don't acknowledge you when you come in, not even a, "hello, I'll be right with you". 2-too many family members dropping in just to say hi. Worse when they bring their kids. Makes the "pampering" experience uncomfortable. 3-the hairdresser talks too much to the aesthetician, who is her cousin, regarding personal issues. Not paying attention to what she is doing

I have been disappointed in the past with my lashes but with Harwinder is great experience. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning soon. Love my lashes.

Daughter and I dropped into 'Lizzy's' for a look-see on one of our early-afternoon walkabouts,…read moreduring a recent 3-night stay in Hope. The shop had caught our eyes during the last stay in Hope, but was closed at the time -- yeah, open this time, and looking most-worthy of a closer look. The shop itself, was small, cute, and "cool". The owner and barber/hair stylist, was a delight to meet, so friendly and cordial -- I really thought she, and the rather "neat ambiance" of her shop, were such a perfect match!! Daughter decided to pop into a chair for a quick cut of her bangs. I thought of getting a full haircut, but 'chickened-out' when I realized I had not had a haircut for such a very long while, would want a very short cut, and knew my head would be exposed to some rather cool temperatures for our stay this time (forgot to pack one of my favourite touques for all the outdoor walks!!). I missed out this time, but sure glad to have stopped by - it was a pleasure to have met 'Lizzy', chat, and catch an inside view of her fine, little shop. Will plan better for our next visit to Hope -- and maybe catch a nice, short, 'spring cut' next year?!!

Mandeep is so talented at what she does my lashes were full and symmetrical. I decided to continue with them when I got home but I was skeptical because of time (I used to get them every 2 weeks). However she assured me it will be earliest 3 weeks for a fill. She did not disappoint ... she has procedures or glue that keep my lashes longer than 3 weeks. I literally came for a fill today and my lashes were pretty much still full. I don't feel like I'm throwing money and time away. She gets you in quick and is flexible with scheduling (she even saw me a Saturday one week when my schedule was packed). Not only is she a talented artist and professional but she has a kind heart and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Thanks Mandeep you gave truly been a blessing in my life in more ways than one!

Never again! They claim 1.5 hours when booking on line. They charge 14$ to book. The stylist didn't even come out to access my hair until after it was washed by someone else. They barely spoke to me did not understand my hair and didn't even try to shape it to my face. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
