Not a reputable operation whatsoever. I waited 3 weeks for my initial phone consultation. They…read morebugged me literally every day to finish all of these packets that were full of deeply personal questions that were quite difficult to complete. (Once you submit these documents I was told that they keep them on file whether you decide to work with them or not. They ask about your full medical history for you and your immediate family. Medications, mental diagnosis, legal history etc. it's very unusual and not your typical intake information) So my virtual appointment was at 7am. I am a dj and Twitch streamer. My day job is Audio Visual technician. I know how to facilitate a virtual phone call with health provider. I was in the virtual room at 6:45am and was adjusting the lighting in my room while waiting for "Deb" to arrive. I could not have been more ready The call never happened and I was pushed aside. They will reply to this with "we tried to call you. You hung up on us." But they really didn't. They called me a later on when I was busy but no voicemail and no follow Up. They put zero effort into making the situation right again. They don't care. All of these cookie cutter 5 star comments seemed a little fishy at first and I now know why. This is a money grab and I would not trust this business to administer any type of health care on me or any of my loved ones

I heard about hypnotherapy through a random conversation and started looking around for an expert…read moreto speak to. I found Josh and got in touch with him. I had a pretty open mind and no expectations. I was having a hard time managing my stress overall and felt like I had lost the will to dig deep. I was giving in to the temptation of food and doing a bit of anxiety eating. Josh and I worked on multiple areas throughout our sessions, but we managed to keep a constant focus on certain areas throughout. He's helped me kill off my anxiety eating, given me valuable tools to handle my stress (rooted in science), and helped me boost my resilience. Thanks to Josh, I've been able to dig into my past and face some of my previous experiences. He is very patient and understanding. I often got the impression that he'd heard my problem before and he knew exactly how to remedy it in our sessions. If you are skeptical, I highly recommend doing some of your own research and then hopping on a quick discovery call with Josh. As long as you approach your sessions with the mindset of letting go of expectations and trusting that you will progress, you will get a lot out of working with Josh in a short period of time. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Having been at the clinic over a year for my chronic issues I feel I have a stronger grasp on the…read moreclinic as a whole. Nothing has changed about my initial review which was extremely positive and I've run into my fair share of poor health care in the last 7 years and 362 days. The Minnesota ketamine health and wellness clinic is one of the few institutions I'm aware of with their intentions facing outwards. By that I mean YOU. They are focused on you and your care and quality of life. This is a systemic ordeal throughout the clinic. Meaning whether from the front desk to the owner or vice versa every person or mechanism in place is in your best interest. I've had nothing but positive experiences here and have absolutely no reason to change that train of thought ever. Sometimes I have a tough ketamine session, the owner (Christy) is right there along with a nurse or two. They always alleviate the situation and are pure and simple salt of the earth people!! The owner, Christy then will use her extreme knowledge and wisdom to help assist me in anyway possible from a tough ketamine experience or train of thought I'm struggling to articulate. I was getting tossed around the system for my psychiatrist needs and decided to do medication management with Lindsey which was one of the best decisions I made this year! She's smart as a whip, implements some very practical principles which make life easier when dealing with multiple rx's and insurance. That alone was a blessing in disguise. Not to mention you can tell she is truly invested, wants to improve people's lives who are stagnant and simply suffering. Combine this with the rest of the staff like the nurses who are always a joy to see and could light up a room with their smiles and attitude and you have a business running perfectly. Would recommend anyone who qualifies without a second thought or ounce of doubt! I have invested most of my eggs in this basket and have been nothing but ecstatic with the results and attentive care towards my specific mental health needs!

I receive Ketamine infusions for treatment resistant depression and anxiety. When I first started I…read morereally wanted it to work because nothing else had. I was so severely depressed. After my third infusion I thought it wasn't working so I was going to stop. Well a few days later I had some thoughts pop into my head about things I had previously thought negatively about; however, my feelings were changed about them. I was kind of blown away. So now it's been a year and I am so happy with the person I am today. Even other people tell me how I've changed. The office staff here are so amazing. They are very professional with a side of absolute compassion. I just love them like family. I've loved my treatment so much that I have added a Ketamine Integration Therapist who works here. My therapy is going so well. She is amazing. I've also added an MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC professional to work with me on medication management. One other great thing is I am a 59 year old woman and was finally clinically diagnosed with ADHD and finally being treated for it. That has made the biggest difference as well. So, I feel like all three services being provided has made the hugest difference and change in me. Please go here if you are struggling.

Between ages 3 and 10 Child Psychologists had diagnosed my son with everything under the sun: High…read moreFunctioning Autism, ADD, OCD, Dyslexia and Tourette's Syndrome. He struggled academically, behaviorally and with attention and social issues. These challenges involved every system of his brain and body. So, we did all the typical medical therapies and educational interventions including ABA, OT, ST medications, Orton Gillingham, social skills classes, diet changes, etc. Yet, by age10 and the end of 4th grade, my son was 3 years behind in school and couldn't manage 1:1 instruction let alone navigate an overstimulating classroom learning environment. Everyday was a challenge to get him to participate. That's when I found Brain Balance and his life changed forever. I can't thank Brain Balance enough! After 4 months in the program, I had a whole different son. Brain Balance got the two sides of his brain to communicate and synchronize. From there, skills he couldn't do before quickly came on board. Teachers in 5th grade were amazed at his improvements in all areas of development and interactions. He moved from the lowest math and reading groups to working at grade level in the broad classroom. His mid-year NWEA testing for math and language arts showed he was at or above grade level in all subjects. He made friends easily and participated in after school activities and sports for the first time. The Brain Balance program is unique and comprehensive. It succeeds where single issue therapies fail because it addresses all systems of the brain and body simultaneously and focuses on improving the weak areas of the brain so they connect and synchronize with the strong areas of the brain and create true functional improvements. In this way, it truly gets to the root cause of childhood neurodevelopmental disorders. The Brain Balance program is not easy and it's not covered by medical insurance, just as other non-medical programs. But it works and is well worth the investment of time and money. It includes intensive sensory, motor, cognitive and academic activities and stresses clean eating diet and nutrition protocols and healthy lifestyle changes. An average commitment of 3-6 months can result in life-changing results for your child and your family. After spending 7 years in other therapies, the 4 months we spent at Brain Balance was well worth the effort and it's taught us healthier ways to live life going forward. Unfortunately, many doctors and educators don't believe in anything but medication and special education accommodations. These just address the symptoms of these problems, not the root cause. So, it's often up to parents to discover programs like Brain Balance on their own. I hope I've given you something to think about and the inspiration to check out Brain Balance yourself to see if it is right for your child.

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with a learning disability (Slow Learner) and Significant…read moreDevelopmental Delay. She started Brain Balance over the summer--when we had her IEP meeting after approx. 26 sessions, her teachers and therapists couldn't say enough good things about the changes they were seeing! They commented on how quietly she walked through the halls, sat in class and listened to everything, waited quietly while others spoke before speaking, and kindly helped a new student learn the routines. They talked about the huge increase in her reading comprehension, how quickly she was now picking up on multiplication tables and science concepts, and her improvements in her handwriting. They couldn't believe the growth over the summer! I was excited when I watched her meet a child her age--for the first time I listened to her ask socially appropriate questions and wait for the answers. The whole interaction went smoothly--I never had to intervene or explain her behavior. Her speech is now so clear that people who meet her for the first time can understand everything she says! When she talks--she makes comments that contribute to the conversation--not bring it to a grinding halt like she used to. She no longer wets the bed at night and I've seen a significant reduction in chewing on her clothing. She seems less anxious and more involved in what is going on around her. It is amazing to see how proud she is of herself--she knows that she is changing. I give credit where it belongs--Brain Balance of Woodbury! I know how hard they have worked with her and how much support they have given our whole family! I knew Brain Balance would help--but I never knew it would be so HUGE in such a short time! Everyone in the center wants the best for my daughter and want so much for her to succeed. I drive 3hours--one way--for sessions and I will continue for as long as necessary. They are worth the drive and more! This has been the best thing I could ever do for my daughter and for my whole family!
