We are en route back to Spokane after cancelling and told him we would be one hour late. After asking us to accommodate his truck, he told us no, he could not change the time. We said that it was fine and booked with another company instead. He has called multiple times, yelling and threatening that this was the last day we could get the service and raising his voice at me. It was the type of convo that made us glad we have our security cameras on. I would advise folks to stay away from this very unprofessional person, and go to one of the many other legit services in Spokane.

This is a hard one. Where to begin.. Well, lets start with the estimate. My estimate to remove a 35…read moreft maple tree to ground level was $1968.00 with tax. They said it would take a day and a half. I took the first day off to be at home when they started. They arrived at 8:30 am. They told me they usually quit around 3pm. Around 2pm they called their boss to see if they could rent the lift they were using for another day. He said no. They had to stay late. So they had to hurry in order to get the lift all the way back to Airway Heights before 5pm, which meant they had to leave at 4:30. So now they were rushed to get all these branches down. They hit my tv antenna, Fences, and the neighbors roof. They got it to about a 15ft stump before they left. The next day, they arrived again about 8:30 am. This time I was at work. Now all they had left was a 15ft stump, and several branches to chip. I figured 4 or 5 cuts to get the rest of the tree down. They finally finished around 2pm. When I got home there was a 2.5ft stump left. Not ground level, like was stated in the estimate. I had called them to address my concerns, and pay my bill. They said they would get back to me. Several days later I get a call from some guy there, telling me my bill was now $2900.00. That is a 53% increase from the estimate, and $1000.00 more. I said nope, I'm not paying that. The next day I call back to get this resolved, and they said the Manager will call me back. She never did. Instead I got a bill in my email for $2216.00. So I had the wife call, and pay that. Now with an estimate, most people should plan for a 10-15% increase. Certainly not a 53% increase. The fact that they adjusted the bill to something more reasonable, is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. I will not ever use, or recommend, this company again.

They were responsive and punctual. Michael showed up on time to give an estimate and provided a quote with 3 days. I was stood up and did not receive so much as a phone call from 2 other companies. 2. Prompt and professional customer service. Whenever I sent an email, my questions were promptly answered. 3. Their bid was fair and reasonable. I received in total 3 bids and the one that was like for like as far as material, installation, and time, was significantly incomplete compared to Michael's, so I went with K2. 4. The work was done and completed to my satisfaction, in spite of winter weather challenges, and I appreciate that more than anything. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. We recently purchased a new home and had a very poor landscaping company perform work for us to the point where I had to hire G&S Landscaping to come in and fix multiple things that were done wrong. We had hired Clear Creek Landscaping for our project which turned out to be a very poor choice, there work ethic and quality of work is just horrible. Our irrigation manifold was leaking in 5 spots even after Clear Creek tried 5 times to fix it...they had no idea what they are doing...G&S came in and tore out all the poor irrigation work and replaced it with proper connections and took the time to make sure everything was secure with proper fittings and clamps.
