I've been coming here since Oct. 2020 & every time I come it's amazing!! I got my lashes done last week 4/29 by Ashley & OMG! Im obsessed! Ive been getting so many compliments for my classic lashes! first off let me start with how pretty this little place is! I love the decor & the little finishes. Everything is super neat/ clean! Staff is friendly I was greeted right away & offered water. They explained the before/ after process & answer all questions I had. I got my lashes for the first time with Alexa I got the "mixed lashes" with a "doll eye" look The whole process is so relaxing, I definitely snoozed here & there (hahaha!) & when it was over, the results blew me away! I am so happy, I love how full my eyelashes look! No more need for mascara!! I will definitely recommend to anyone & I'll definitely return for touch ups! read more

Lila lash is clean and beautiful! I saw Danielle three times and she is professional and great at what she does. I had an issue with billing the the owner called to resolve. I respect small businesses and doing right by the customer (when warranted). They do a great job! read more

This is the perfect place to get your lashes done!! If you see this review I am telling you right now BOOK!! Not only are there many artists, but they are clean and offer many options of styles, lengths, types, etc! The place itself is an establishment, I'm used to going to houses so this is a step up. They offer some cute stuff and the prices are amazing!!! I have gone to Alexa and she's awesome!! read more

Terrible! I went 2 times for a one week refill and both times after only one week my lashes were hurting me, pulling at my eyelids, the glue was so heavy it was making the lashes lift and fall put more frequent. That shouldn't be the case after only one week fill. I spoke to the manager, Alex, and he made it seem like it was all my fault. He did not show good customer support at all! If you want to pay lots of money for lashes to pull at your real ones and eyelids and hurt you then this is the place to go read more

I've been getting lash extensions for years now and I moved to LI from Queens during the start of the pandemic. I missed my long lashes so much but I was also very hesitant to just go anywhere so I waited to do some research- and then I found this MAGiCAL place. I have been coming to Lila Lash & Beauty for over 6 months now and it is something I look forward to every single time! The professionalism, the vibe and decor, the cleanliness is on point. The whole experience is amazing and if you wish you could nap but never get around it- this is the spot for naps. It's relaxing, the music is good, and they'll give you the most beautiful lashes ever. (Thank you Theresa.) All the lash techs are so talented- their Instagram page showcases exactly that. I had a horrible experience with this salon. My lashes did not last more than a week even with proper care. Then I became ill with covid and needed to reschedule my appointment. The manager made me feel like I was in the wrong for not wanting to put their staff at risk. I rescheduled for a week later and I was unable to attend that appointment because in good faith I couldn't show up to an appointment knowing I was still at risk of spreading covid to others even with a mask. Again, the manager made me feel like I was in the wrong and said there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to the owners and I was told my information will be passed along which I completely doubt I will ever receive a call about my experience. I ended up canceling all my future appointments with them due to the fact that my lashes completely came off and I would have to go through another hour and half appointment and $140 just to start over. They explained that even though I cancelled well in advance of my next appointment my deposit was non refundable. I am out of a lot money for trying to do the right thing and receiving terrible service. I recommend you go to another business that hopefully cares more about the safety and health of staff and clients than making money. read more

I've had lashes before and wanted to get a set put back on. I'm telling you, lashes make everything better. In the past I used to go to another place super far away so I was looking for a place closer to home and then this place opened up. It was fate. I followed them on Instagram and immediately knew I had to make an appointment. Luckily they had availability the next day. I booked with Elyssa and I couldn't be more happy with the results. She was great. I don't really know lash terms but she helped me to tell her exactly what I wanted. Getting a full set is very time consuming (a full two hours) they put a cozy blanket on you and make you feel super relaxed. Their store is super clean and cute. I've had the lashes on for 3 days and they still looked perfect! Highly recommend. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here since November and it was the best decision ever! When I was thinking of getting eyelash extensions, I was doing my research and found a few places but they all seemed very pricey. Then I found Lila Lash and Beauty and the prices were great! I was nervous going in because I wasn't completely sure what I was looking for. Alex and Elyssa talked to me about what they thought would work best for my eyes and the look I was going for. They eased all my nerves about the process and now I can't imagine not going back every 2-3 weeks for my fill in's. Definitely the right place to go if you are looking for friendly staff, great prices and a great job done! read more

This was my first time getting last extensions and I'm so glad I went here! I did some searching and came across this beautiful place with affordable prices and amazing work shown on their Instagram. I instantly fell in love!! The staff here was so amazing. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Ariel did a mix set on me, and she was very nice and thoroughly explained what would be best for my lashes. She explained aftercare with me and did such an amazing job. I found lila lash from word of mouth after going to another place for over a year. I needed better quality lashes. I was so amazed at how beautiful the place is when first walking in. The owner was super nice . Very friendly and personable. He called me to tell me the lady I requested wasn't available which was so appreciated. I had the pleasure of seeing Theresa. She was awesome . We talked and laughed the whole time. I was so happy the way my eye lashes came out. My 2 week is already booked with her and I'm pleased to say I've found a new place :) read more

I went today with my daughter to get our first lash extensions set and I got to say my first impression was how beautiful and elegant the place was Everyone was so nice and attentive. Went in for eyelash extensions with Ariel & they came out great!! It was my first time getting them done and I got a nice nap in . I found it to be very clean and professional. I didn't have a long wait, I walked in and my lash tech was waiting for me. I also was able to come after work which was helpful because I don't have much free time. I never have had my eyelashes done before and Lila did not disappoint. Theresa did an amazing job on my eyelashes was very attentive throughout the entire service. LOVED my wedding lashes and makeup!! I had my makeup and lashes done here for my wedding and I knew exactly what I wanted and let me tell you she delivered! My lashes and makeup were both done by Elyssa. I chose the "Mixed Set" lashes which I believe are a mixture of the natural and dramatic lashes, but if you're not sure they have a book for you to choose from. I went to Lila Lash after a lash lift gone wrong. I waited about 2-3 weeks to have lashes applied. Elyssa was so gentle, professional and patient. The end result was a set of gorgeous Volume lashes.
