This farm was great! Free admission with a lot of property to walk around with NUMEROUS photo opportunities. The employees were kind and there were wagons to drag the kids and pumpkins around. There wasn't a hayride or cornmaze but we didn't even miss those things because of the decorations. We will be back!

Was in Ventura with my nieces and decided to go to the pumpkin patch and we are so glad we stumbled across this one!! There was a huge variety of pumpkins to choose from for a decent price and lots of cute photo opts!! No train ride or petting zoo (they do have chickens), but my 9 and 2 year old nieces had a blast running around climbing on the slide, playing with the bull head & lasso, and picking out pumpkins. The employees were so kind, helpful, and patient! Deff will come back next year

Just what we were looking for! Our kids had started to associate pumpkin patches with bouncy slides and bounce houses, and while those are fun, that's not what a pumpkin patch is about. Here we got to see every type of pumpkin you can imagine and they got to climb on hay bales, on small and large tractors, and run around free and happy! Incredibly nice customer service, and we left knowing we are supporting a local business that's just a few miles from our home. Our friend who drove in about an hour to come see us plans to come here every year. And now our kids know how fun pumpkin patches can be without bouncy houses and big slides. This page is wrong! We drove 30 min to be here, showed up at 7:40 when they clearly advertised they are open til 9pm. It was pitch black and no one was here. What a disappointment and waste of gas. read more

Nice place to bring children but if you are an adult just hanging with other adults this place can be a bit crowded. Regular adult admission is $4. My 4 girl friends and I got on the hay train and bout a pumpkins to decorate at home. read more

This is a family tradition. We love Lil Tommy's Pumpkin Patch. It's a relaxed easy-going atmosphere. Grab a wagon as you walk in and go explore! My daughter loves climbing up on the fun pumpkin photo ops and our family photos on the old rusty trucks (with scary dead props) are perfect year after year. This is a family run local operation that we need to support! They don't charge admission and their pumpkin prices are definitely reasonable! The pumpkins they sell are unique, beautiful, and one-of-a-kind. Fun sizes, stems, and shapes. Go spend a few minutes exploring Lil Tommy's. Just what we were looking for! Our kids had started to associate pumpkin patches with bouncy slides and bounce houses, and while those are fun, that's not what a pumpkin patch is about. Here we got to see every type of pumpkin you can imagine and they got to climb on hay bales, on small and large tractors, and run around free and happy! Incredibly nice customer service, and we left knowing we are supporting a local business that's just a few miles from our home. Our friend who drove in about an hour to come see us plans to come here every year. And now our kids know how fun pumpkin patches can be without bouncy houses and big slides. The guy running this place is a moron. It's 4 days after Halloween, all we wanted to do was take a picture of an old truck with pumpkins in the back. We were being pressured into buying pumpkins for $5 in order to take a picture. I'll make sure never to buy pumpkins here... Not very family friendly, not kind to the customer read more

Our family loves Lil Tommy's Pumpkin patch ! We have been coming here for the past 5 years and it has just become a tradition. Lil Tommy's pumpkin patch is very family friendly , they have decorations that the kids love. The prices are a reflection of what you're getting a family friendly environment, great staff, and a large selection of different varieties of pumpkins. The business is family run; they put so much time and love into their patch and for that I'm willing to pay a couple dollars more. Overall I believe the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend to any one looking for the perfect patch ! read more

Visited this pumpkin patch for the first time this past Sunday and it was the best pumpkin patch experience I've had. I brought my daughter and camera with me because the pumpkin patch has adorable photo opportunities. Not only were the decorations great, but I bought two pumpkins and two gourds for a decent price. A lot of places over charge this time of year. With the purchase of my four items the insanely generous and friendly employee(I didn't catch his name) gave me two baskets of delicious strawberries. I was extremely pleased with my visit, and I've found my new pumpkin patch to visit annually. read more

My first time here and I brought my 2.5 year old. I was looking for someplace simple and not over priced because all I really wanted was for my son to have the experience of pumpkin picking. And that's exactly what I found here. The staff were all super friendly. No ridiculous admission fees. Some little simple play equipment for my sons enjoyment and opportunities for pictures also at no additional cost. It's what a pumpkin picking experience should really be about. No need to pay extra to pet or feed animals or ride jolly jumpers. And the pumpkins were very reasonably priced! Took home 6 smallish pumpkins and only paid $22. read more

The pumpkins range in price from 2 bucks for a little small one to 25 bucks for the big ones. 25 bucks seems a little on the high side but the place has to make a couple bucks to set up and keep things running. Heard about this event because one of our friends belongs to a hula troupe which was performing one…read moreof the days. We decided to drive over and surprise her, and check out the event, too. The 11th Annual version was held September 26th & 27th, 2015. We'd never heard of it during it's first decade, which is a shame. Hawaiian dancers perform in abundance, and surfers are competing nearby. The day we were there it was crazy-warm for Ventura. Felt like a quick trip to Hawaii! Free admission, and parking at the Fairgrounds across the street. Suggest you hit the ATM before arriving, as many of the food vendors don't have provisions for plastic. Many vendors offer beach-y clothes, crafts, artwork, jewelry, and more. Worth a stroll to check them all out. Also great for people watching!

But again, I liked the music and the hula was terrific. My friends are from Hawaii that we went with and all told chill, good day. Mahalo.

My family has gone to Tommy's pumpkin patch for 6 years now! It is literally the best experience in Ventura! Tommy and his family has had this pumpkin patch for years and it shows. My kids look forward to their pumpkin patch visit every year. The prices are easily more affordable than most of the others in the city and the laid back atmosphere makes for a fun and memorable experience every time. There is not a lot of bells and whistles... but we like it that way... ample opportunities for photo shoots and a relaxing atmosphere for a family outing. If you want to enjoy a few hours out at a beautiful pumpkin patch with little distractions, a kind hearted owner, and a great selection of pumpkins; Tommy's is the place to be!
