The baked chicken looked boiled not baked. Once ppl started getting food we ran out of chicken and still had like 7 ppl to serve and we actually didn't even have 60 ppl we had 55. Then one of the family members started showed me the inside of there chicken and it was not done all the way. The Mac and cheese was bland and watering the black eyed peas were over done. I did reach out to her as soon as we ran out of food and to tell her about chicken not being done. She apologized and said she was rushing.
