The parents, players, and I all agree that Black Cat art studio was the way to go. Jodi, the owner, was extremely accommodating. We had 18 girls painting that evening. They had the best time! She taught them a really cool paint pouring technique. She was also very accommodating about picking up the items once they were dry. She was great with the girls and has such a fantastic attitude. The art studio is decorated adorably. You can bring your own snacks and buy your drinks there. They even have alcoholic beverages for adults. I highly recommend this studio!

Was told by the estimator initially that damage to ceiling in attic would be repaired. Only reason I thought it would be worth that amount. Guy who fixed the roof work said they don't do that, only bat guano cleanup. Then, also told by the workman they'd come to check the trap. Never did. The owner when he called me for payment went on to tell me he needs to make a certain amount per job for his business. Said, not my problem!! I suggested 1K for the work, (still too much). I see they got good reviews on their site. Get other bids if you need bat mitigation. Maybe mine was an isolated situation.
