They make each one feel really special and like it's all about them. You never feel rushed, even when it's close to closing time. They have a huge selection of pieces to choose from, and several items painted around the store that you can use for inspiration. It's only $7 to paint on top of the item you pick, and the items are very reasonably priced. If you're not artistic (like myself), they have plenty of "specialty" paints and they're only $1/ea. We picked up our first project a few days ago and they look amazing. I can't wait to pick up the second lot and then go back and paint more. Offering buy one get 1/2 off also a 20% off of your purchase on the website and then you walk into a physical store and everything is full price, not a coupon in sight. This is the second time this has happened to me. My phone will not work in this building and you cannot access your Michael's app to get coupons. The cashier was of no help and gave me attitude and acted like it was a one time thing. I miss the days when the cashiers would be nice and scan the coupon for you. I'm not spending $35 on TWO strands of beads. I walked out empty-handed.
