High quality customer care from Olivia McKown and Andrew Carruth. Dropped off a ring for repair on Saturday and got a call to pick up my repaired, clean ring on Monday! Olivia showed me beautiful garnet rings. I plan to return for one soon! read more

I have been going here for years and never been disappointed. The staff is amazing everyone remembers your name which I thought was so nice because I'm not a high priced customer. You want to redo your wedding band, done. You want to create something new, and in your budget..done! They are the only people I trust with my jewelry now!! Absolutely excellent customer service! Lori helped us and the owner even came out a few times to talk to us personally. We looked everywhere for a specific ring and they were able to custom make one for us! They're very patient, willing to help, and provided many many options for us to choose the perfect combination. They offer many different styles and are fairly well priced. Very friendly environment, and again Lori was very helpful. They have different finance options to choose, gift boxes, I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase jewelry! read more

Mitchell's is truly the best jewelry shopping experience around. Both the owner and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. They don't pressure you into buying something, and they work with you to find something you like. I have shopped at Mitchell's for gifts for my girlfriend, mother, and sister for the past 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. My girlfriend especially loves Mitchell's, because they carry Kirk Kara rings, a designer she especially loves. If you are looking to purchase jewelry in or around Norman, you would be silly to go somewhere else. read more

Always friendly and very helpful, great place to frost your friends and family!!

Fantastic service! As a Christmas present, my Husband custom ordered an earring from them to replace one that I had lost. Miraculously, on Christmas day he found the lost earring - a few days after ordering the new one. We went in the day after Christmas and were able to cancel the order, which they were very gracious about. Then, as a Christmas present, we used the money that my Husband had paid to order the new earring (which Mitchell's also would have returned, had we selected that option), and I got to pick out some new jewelry instead. We were assisted by Ryan, a manager, who could not have been more patient or helpful. I really wasn't planning on jewelry shopping that day and had no idea what I wanted, so that poor man walked me through just about every case in the store - and he did it so patiently. We had a great experience as Mitchell's and will certainly be shopping there again. We will also use them for jewelry repair when needed. We have used them for that before and their service was fast and affordable. read more

We were treated with respect from the second we walked into the door! The owner and sales lady helped us find exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed hearing about where our diamond was coming from and some delicious chocolates from Antwerp! After we finally ordered our ring the owner took us out to lunch and we enjoyed the conversations about his history with diamonds! This place and people are wonderful! If you don't shop here , your missing out! read more

Like many others, I came in to Mitchell's looking for an engagement ring not knowing a lot about them or the process. I read reviews online and couldn't believe how satisfied everyone was, so I definitely had to check it out for myself. Jessica and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and were able to design a beautiful custom ring from several pictures I had. It was also delivered almost two weeks earlier than originally promised (during the holiday season). I was expecting buying a ring to be similar to buying a car, but I never felt pushed or pressured into anything. I told them my budget and they stuck to it. I definitely won't go anywhere else for anything jewelry related as long as I'm here and they're open. This is a very special place, and we're lucky to have them in Norman! Thanks so much to Jessica and Ryan, and everyone at Mitchell's Jewlery! read more

Mitchell's Jewelry is a class act. I have many lovely pieces that my husband and family have purchased from Newt and his staff. Recently I had a diamond fall out of one of my special rings. Mitchell's went above and beyond to fix the ring. I was on a time crunch because I was flying out of OKC and I live overseas! Ryan rushed the repair and had the ring overnighted and in my hand ASAP! Jessica, Lori and Nancy were also super helpful. We are loyal to Mitchell's and will remain to be! Thank you! read more

This is by far the best, most reputable jeweler I have found in Norman. They stand behind their products and go above and beyond to make sure your jewelry buying experience is a great one. You will not go wrong if you stop in and buy from Mitchell's. Linda Streun read more

Mitchell's sets the standard for elegance, quality and service. I have personally known the Mitchell Family for 10 ten years. Newt and Gina represent class, integrity and character in everything they do. I purchased my wife's dream wedding ring 3 years ago for our 15 year anniversary and my wife absolutely loves it! This year, Lori helped us with some custom jewelry that turned out fabulous. I can not recommend this business more strongly. read more

My fiancé had my engagement ring set at Mitchell's, and we have been so satisfied! Superb service with each visit, and they have been extremely helpful with resizing and repairing a broken prong, free of charge! The store itself is super clean, and we are always greeted by friendly employees. read more

Awesome service! I came in with a necklace needing to be repaired and they had it back to me before I could look around the entire store. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful. read more

My husband and I recently moved to the area and we both needed our wedding rings resized. They did a great job, and were done even faster than they thought they would be. My ring was done beautifully and they even redid the prongs around my diamonds. The staff is very friendly and I am really glad that I chose them. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again for any repairs. They also have a nice selection in the store. read more

I'm from California and moved to the Norman area about a year ago. Didn't really have much knowledge about good jewelers in the area. I checked out quite a few jewelers around Norman/Moore and found Mitchell's last. They helped my custom-designed ring using my grandmother's diamond become a reality. They were reasonably priced and worked with me through design iterations and sizing issues. We ended up buying both wedding bands and engagement ring from them, and I probably won't use any other jeweler even if I have to come back from California. Appreciate your help, Andrew! read more

In a world where customer service is handled by computers and most places treat you like a statistic, Mitchell's is special. My business didn't amount to hardly anything and I do not look like I should be in a jewelry store but they treated me like I was their top customer A++++ the best read more

I do not know how they are when it comes to just buying straight from their inventory but the customer service was awful when it came to designing jewelry. If you wanted any information on how the process was going you either had to call or go to the store. For example if they told you they would get back to you in a week on some certain particular you wouldn't hear from them for three weeks and you would have to call or show up to get the update. They are very vague and every time you go in you are working with someone else and have to get them up-to-date. We took our business elsewhere and if you are designing a piece I suggest you do the same and save yourself the hassle. read more

The best customer service of anywhere I've ever been. Ryan will bend over backwards to ensure that your end result is just what you've designed. I imagine it would be impossible to leave dissatisfied; the staff will try their hardest to accommodate you and get your order complete in time. Wouldn't shop anywhere else in town (or in the state, for that matter)! read more

We wish you much success. We just agree to disagree. Thank you for discussing this issue.

I've known the owner at Mitchell's for a long time. He helped my pick out my wife's wedding ring several years ago. A few months back she lost the ring. Mitchell's helped me find the perfect replacement ring to surprise my wife. They opened store early for me so that I could not miss any work, nor would my wife know what I was doing. They have amazing customer service and is the only place I'm buying jewelry any more! read more
