It didn't help. Weren't even able to sit outside and enjoy the star gazing because of the pests. The management sprayed the course that night and it helped somewhat, but the pests were still around, though not in the numbers they were the day before. Third day there mosquitoes everywhere again. The golf rates are a bit pricey, especially if you want to play a 2nd 18 on the same day. They only discount it by $1. Many places in the Reno area give you a 30-50% discount on a 2nd 18 holes. The food in the restaurant was very good. The golf course itself is a nice layout. There are holes that give you a legitimate eagle chance and some that you'll be happy with a bogey. Unfortunately, the mosquito swarms left me with well over 30 bites all over my body. And that was with practically bathing in deep woods off. I probably won't return due to all the mosquitoes there.

Taking into consideration how hot and dry thei summer is- the fairways were green and the greens were very soft. It made for some interesting putting but hey that's golf. I'm very happy I tried first tees and would recommend it to any parent thinking about golf lessons for their children.
