I normally don't write reviews; this is only my second on Yelp. Like-Nu Refinishing re-glazed our bathtub 11 years ago, and it was finally starting to yellow, despite regularly using one of the approved cleaners over the years. I called to ask what cleaner, if any, would best remove the yellowing. Bob called me back the same day and said he can come by to look at it the next moring. He showed up when he said he would and explained it was soap scum. Bob then proceeded to use a special cleaner and worked on it for about a half hour. When he was done, the tub looked about as good as the day the tub was re-glazed. He sold me the cleaner for $12 so I can maintain it, and didn't charge me anything for his time. Now that's a company that stands by their work. I told him that I thought it would need to be re-glazed, and he said that's what a lot of customers believe until he takes care of it.
