Most abusive and racist daycare on earth. In one instance they suffocated my child to near death…read morebecause of refusal to take a nap! They deleted all the recordings and swept it under the rug to make the incident untraceable. On a second occasion they sent my child with black eyes and pretended it was accident and refused to share the details of what happened. Our child told who did this, but we accepted the school BS because we thought they are ethical and there's no way for lack of dishonesty. The breaking point happened when they sent an email asking us to not bring our child to the daycare anymore because of shoving another child. I called them to ask why did our child shove another child? They said well, that child attacked first and took an item from your child, but your child didn't respond properly by asking the teacher for help and just shoved that child and retrieved the item by force. This is definitely not a place for people of color. They are full of racist BS and only good at collecting money without any accountability. They will call you to come and take your child if they hear any sneeze, or see a glimpse of a bored child, or not taking a nap...etc. of endless BS of just picking up on certain ones. By the way, most of their reviews on google are fake. Stacey and her staff were reporting this same review to google for removal and wrote 3 other fake reviews of 5 stars as a replacement in less than one day to keep themselves highly rated place. Pathetic.

Many childcare facilities were not accepting new children or were booked during this time, which limited our options. As a mother new to the area, I was very stressed about having a new home, a new baby, home construction, and the need for a new childcare facility. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. My husband and I selected a place and quickly realized there were challenges with management, turnover, and the general care of our children, and we knew we needed a change. Our kids were not being cared for. When we learned about Five Star through a neighbor and took a tour of the facility, we were convinced it was the place for us. Stacey Lowry, the Director of Five Star, made us feel at home, and we could tell she generally cares about our kids and wants them to succeed. I was hooked! Since then, we have experienced several teachers who have loved and nurtured our kiddos as they have moved from room to room. We are grateful for the connections with the teachers, families, and kids we have made along the way. And I don't have "mom guilt" since I know my kids are happy to go to school each and every day. I couldn't have asked for more - - even if I created the checklist myself!

Updated Review from last year…read more The whole team has worked diligently, since the CoVid crisis. Communication is great among everyone and my daughter likes being dropped off :). Thank you for taking care of my little one!!!!

As a first-time mom, enrolling my 3-month-old son at KinderCare was a big decision. Initially, I felt reassured and supported, especially by Ms. Brittany and Ms. Shanisha. They were compassionate, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about my son's well-being. Anytime concerns arose, they addressed them quickly and professionally. I honestly felt my son was in good hands at first. But things changed. My son's father once witnessed a teacher being rough with him at just 10 months old. We were told it was handled, but it shook our trust. Later, my son came home with a bruise on his face after a vague "incident" that was never clearly explained. I tried to meet with the director, Ms. Martha, and she canceled without following up. No accountability, no real care. I eventually withdrew my son, and no one from leadership even asked why. There are NO CAMERAS (even though we request), no strong curriculum, and it's VERY expensive for the lack of oversight. I'm only giving 2.5 stars because of Ms.Judi, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Shanisha they truly cared. Without them, this place isn't somewhere I'd recommend or trust again.

They are always smiling even as I am running in the door at 6:31pm to pick up my son. They are very understanding .. One day I was in a terrible car accident, One of the teachers stayed there with my son until 7:30pm while my family drove from the woodlands to pick him up, not once did she complain or was rude. That's an extra hour that she had to stay on a Friday! Its the little things that count. They have an excellent afterschool program that my son enjoys and meanwhile I can focus at work having the peace of mind in knowing my son is in good hands. I absolutely recommend Primrose of Eldridge to anyone who is looking for an EXCELLENT School or Afterschool Day Care!

He started to wear helmet at the same time and Primrose set their temp at 70F, and he got sick quickly because the helmet people tell me to dress him light but still too light for primrose. I can't afford to have my LO getting sick while learning to adjust so I thought oh well we'll just attend when he gets older. He also enjoys playing with his classmates, and the teachers there are very nurturing, he felt very comfortable when being held by them. They also diaper as much as possible and feed him with patience. Thank you Primrose!
