This is a residential as well as a short term hotel run by an extremely shady group of people. Since my boyfriend and I began staying here about 2 weeks ago, one of the managers named Ronnie has repeatedly propositioned me for sex offering to pay me any amount of money I wanted and a free room. I have refused every offer, trying to be as polite as possible, but yesterday he actually went as far as to trick me into his office/residence, and tried to hold me there. My boyfriend had to go over there and tell him to back off of me. So I am writing this to inform anyone who might read it, then I'm going lawyer shopping because now the guy is threatening to kick us out. There is no sign with the name of the place on it but it is located at 371 Columbus Ave. in San Francisco, California on the corner of Columbus Ave. and Vallejo Street. It is situated above an old Italian deli called Molinari's, to which it has no affiliation. On a less substantial note: The condition of the place is so-so. Our room is decent, but the bathrooms look like something out of a lab experiment with all manners of growth and substances and excretions smeared and growing everywhere. I had to clean our room because they rented it to us with all of the bedsheets and blankets, dirt and left over belongings still in it from a previous tenant. I am also told by a neighbor that this Ronnie creep has been known to enter rooms while they are unattended and had been caught stealing someone's marijuana. Oh, and although it's not his fault, they have a monster of a child who runs up and down the halls first thing in the morning either laughing or crying which needless to say adds to the charm of the circus that is the LIGURIA HOTEL AT 371 COLUMBUS AVENUE SAN FRANCISCO CA. 94133. read more
