All other wood was good (but there again, the wood was very new or "green"- with sap seeping out, though we were told we were getting kiln-dried #1-grade lumber.) We never haggled price and we're charged an up charge for the premium 8x12 to assimilate a room perimeter instead of a patio cover. Do your homework. Unfortunately we are out of the period to file a complaint.
