Personally I my experience with LightRx has been wonderful. All the ladies are really kind and polite and explain the differences between treatment well. I so far had one Venus bliss and some basic laser lipo done and I seen a decent difference. It very quick and painless. I also like the place is very clean and quiet. I had a consultation scheduled for 3:00 PM today. I arrived on time and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. During that time, multiple staff members walked by without acknowledging me or asking if I had been helped. I eventually texted the scheduling number to let them know I was there. Someone then came out, handed me a laptop to complete the intake forms, and told another staff member that I was in the lobby. I heard the other staff member respond, "Okay," but after finishing the paperwork, I continued waiting for another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes past my appointment time without anyone coming to take me back or even updating me on the delay, I decided to leave without being seen. I understand that offices can run behind, but a simple acknowledgment or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as my experience was similar to what others have described. My experience has not been good here at LightRX. Initially wanted to tighten my stomach area and my arms. Have been going for about six months now and nothing, ended up getting Plastic Surgery done on my tummy. Tummy Tuck looks amazing. I will continue to get the treatment on my arms and will update if something magical happens or even a little bit of improvement.Seems $3,500 has been wasted! They woman I had my first consult with was a super friendly scam artist. She told me I needed a medical clearance before I could start the laser lipo. They were having a "friends and family" discount or something going on, so I paid the deposit, $350, and was told that if I can't get the medical clearance to have it done, they will refund my money as long as I've had no treatments, which I can't start until I give them the medical clearance. She told me it'd be easier to use my credit card because in the case of a refund, the money can be refunded to my card in a few days versus the weeks it takes to issue a check if I used a debit card or paid cash. I wasn't able to get the medical clearance and requested a refund on Dec 2. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and nothing. The place looked clean though and they were friendly enough; but why wouldn't they be? I mean when you're bilking people, why wouldn't you be friendly? read more

Kind of disappointed with the service, bought a Groupon for my girlfriend to get laser treatment. She got the Brazilian, but they said they didn't do the full Brazilian because it was a Groupon. You only got that if you paid full price, that's not what was advertised!! if you advertise Brazilian, give the full Brazilian if it's a Groupon or not !!! she is very happy with the results just disappointed and not what she expected. read more

Don't recommend wasting time or money here. To begin, the customer service is extremely poor. When I finally got a hold of someone by phone, I made the mistake of booking the first appointment of the day and was taken back late because they didn't open doors until appointment start time. Additionally, both times I walked into the office all of the techs were whispering with each other behind the front desk and didn't acknowledge me or other customers as we were standing there waiting to be helped. When they finally did, the greeting was: "Name?" No semblance of legitimate customer service to be found, and really I felt like I was intruding. The IPL treatment itself was a total scam--$300 for a single pass of the laser at an extremely light setting and she clearly missed spots on my cheeks, jawline, and forehead. At one point the machine seemed to need to be reset--she tried twice to go over the entire left portion of my forehead and after it didn't lase the second try she just moved on. Maybe she was new, but she seemed to be rushing. She also never asked me about how it felt, explained what she was doing, or mentioned what was going on with the machine. When it was over she handed me a baby wipe to wipe off the goo, applied some sunscreen, and sent me on my way with no explanation of recovery care whatsoever. The place is okay.. treatment is okay.. staff is okay.. making an appointment over the phone is not okay. not sure if it's just me or others has the same experience as I do. I was on the phone almost every hour today to make an appointment. However, nobody answer, left few messages and still no one has return my phone call . I used to rave about this location but times have changed. There are so many changes with staff and management and this time around I had the worst experience. A few laser treatments ago, one of the technicians burnt my leg and I now have a scar. When I mentioned it, the only thing I got was an 'Oh, I'm sorry'. Then the other day, I tried to redeem a Groupon for another treat area and had an encounter with a very unapologetic and rude manager. I was told it was one Groupon per person but I mentioned the website wasn't specific with purchase, visit, or area to be treated. 'Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gift(s).' I took this as per purchase but the manager was not accepting it and said for me to contact Groupon for a refund. I explained it wasn't clear but she was not budging and was just like 'have a nice evening ' and brushed me off. I advised I would and that they needed to change their wording on Groupon but I see that won't be done. Between her rudeness and the scar I now have on my leg, I would not recommend this location to anyone and make sure to confirm any coupons or specials they advertise so you know what you are getting into. read more

Have been to this clean establishment 3 times. All of the staff that have greeted me have been polite and professional. The spa is clean and they appear to have great technology from the sign in equipment they use to the machines and devices they use. I have noticed them taking extra time to clean up between each client. I don't know what their usual pricing is, however I did find a good deal with them on Groupon. It was a better deal than other establishments I have been to and appeared more quality. They take privacy of your information and HIPAA seriously which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on returning. read more

I made an appointment for body contouring in January, for 3 weeks they kept rescheduling my appointments. Finally I decided to cancel it and I was told it would take 30 days to receive my refund. 2 months later I'm still waiting for me refund. Every time I call I'm told somebody in corporate will be contacting you. I guess I'm going to have to settle this in court. read more

This place service is very unprofessional, beginning I can see she is rush on time ,she applied gel on my skin then turn on the machine I got first burn and hurt she ask if I still want to do, of course I want to have that service done that's why I am there, but she should have her. About a month ago I had reached out to LightRx because I had moved and could not follow through on my services, the receptionist had the most disgusting disposition and I had to reach out to the 800 number to have them email the manager because she did not return my calls. When she finally called me back she was apologetic and said she would refund me but it would take about 14-21 days. Today I decided to call the financing company and they informed me they had never received any request for a reversal. Staff practices proper PPE and cleaning instructions with the influx of clients being treated. Weeks later yielded 0 results even after following the instructions to the T. I work out 6 days a week, eat healthy, and drinking at least 2 liters of water a day... I didn't get the 70% off discount that the receptionist told me I qualified for when I made my appt. The legacy procedure was very uncomfortable & the tech kept pinching my skin while noodling the machine to my thighs, she was rushing & talking a mile a min about everything that didn't matter to my treatment. The technology of homie it works was never explained. They are way over booked. The painful nodules are finally getting smaller after massaging them out daily. But the fat pockets are still there ! I know that the little results I do see is because I am working out daily. Do your research guys. I can't recommend this place & am not going to proceed with my treatments . I was a refund.
