I called Wesley Chapel AC with no expectations of relief until after the weekend. Mike walked me through some trouble shooting options that didn't resolve my problem. He couldn't make a service call but provided the contact info of someone who might. They couldn't help but the next day (Monday) Mike called to see if I had gotten some relief. How rare is that? Kendry, the owner, came by last week and spent well over 30 minutes evaluating air flow and ductwork, end result: he and his team came out yesterday, changed out our mixing box to the correct size it "should" have been to begin with and added 14 feet of new ductwork. End result: our home has equal, more than adequate air flow, it's nice and toasty warm today and all something we have not experienced since original install! We are no longer heating or cooling our attic! And they did an annual tune up and changed my filter!
