The salesperson was very attentive and easy to work with. Before the installation, they scheduled an inspection to come out and look at our setup and discuss the specifics of our situation. After the visit, the salesperson called me to walk through a few challenges with the installation and proposed a solution that made a lot of sense. Once everything was sorted out, the installation was scheduled and the crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, neat, and tidy, and the work area was left very clean when they finished. Overall, it was a great experience and the fireplace looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Friendly Fires in Peterborough to anyone considering a fireplace installation.

Was referred as a local company. Grass cutting, hedge trimming, driveway sealing and fall cleanup…read morepackages ordered. They sent out a "foreman" to price the jobs I was interested in. I agreed to the proposed prices. Owner messages me and tells me he priced everything wrong and that he was going to honor the prices given even though they aren't what he would have quoted. Grass cutting 3 times was fine and the hedge trimming was too. Get a message asking g me to clear my driveway for it to be sealed the next day and I obliged. I removed all the branches from the driveway to the grass along side it. Moved all the other things in the driveway off and swept the large sections of debris. The sub contractor that was doing the sealing stopped by and said there was no issue and that all the loose debris (leaves /tree debris) would be no problem as he could just blow it off before starting. Get a message the next evening from the owner of dixons accusing me of not being forward with him and that I never cleared the driveway and that I cost him $75 more. We were out there 3 hrs making sure it was clean and not a si gle branch or large debris was on the driveway. We even swept the majority of the loose debris from the driveway. Owner said he had never had issue with this sub and that I must not be straight either him. I asked him why they a) wouldn't have called me to let me know there was an issue or b) have pictures showing this supposed extra work they needed to do. He evaded and continued to use me being a businessman as an excuse to treat me this way. I immediately told him to cease any further services on my property and that I will.square up for services that were currently rendered with an invoice. Grass cutting - 8/10 Hedge trimming- 8/10 Driveway sealing 5/10 (several cracks were not filled as per agreement but overall clean job) Getting blamed for their issues - 0/10 If you can handle being berated and blamed when something goes wrong and not your fault the by all means I recommend them as average. If you want a clean smoothe service I would co elsewhere.

We had a tour of the completed project and were very impressed with the design and the expert installation. Our neighbors are "fussy" about having a job done properly so that was a good indication of Anden's commitment to quality. So, last month we decided to have our kitchen counters replaced. A visit to Anden's showroom led to installation a couple of weeks later. The two workers who installed the new counters were excellent. It was not even possible to see where they joined two pieces together. I sure wish that I could caulk like they did. There was a minor problem with re-installation of the garburator as one of the seals was damaged in the original counter removal. Getting the part in COVID times took a bit, but all is well and Anden went out of their way to help with this matter. In short, we were very pleased with the entire process and would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a reno job.

I heard horror stories about the general price for windows. I got 2 quotes for different styles: regular sliders and awning style.
