The had a beautiful on on sale and I bought it. It had a sliding door front. After a week or so the door warped so bad that it would not open or close at all. The solution was to take a floor model which I was assured they would check over. It came but I think the guys putting it into the elevator damaged it as it has scratches and nicks on it. So they had no more, plus I wouldn't trust a sliding door again. I talked to the GM who assured me they would do everything they could to full fill my needs. He was going to deal with it but then turned it over to staff. Long story short weeks later the damaged one is still sitting here, my precious memories are packed in boxes, and everything they offer is much more expensive. I am really fed up as I have shopped here since moving to town 13 years ago. It is not the type of service I expected. I need to get my things back on display but I got rid of other cabinet to make room for my new one. Please don't buy a sliding front cabinet from them, and I'm not even sure I can say buy from them right now. they seem to have changed their policy about customer satisfaction Lynda Guest

I recently purchased a futon set from this store. Their selection of futons and other beds was…read morelimited. I would likely not look their for a master bedroom purchase, for example, but for the spare-room futon that was needed they compared adequately to other local discount bed and mattress stores. What I was not impressed with was the delayed delivery and complete lack of communication from the store. The bed was ordered on a Wednesday and was to have been delivered the following Thursday. We waited all day on that Thursday for the bed to arrive, and nothing. We waited half the day on Friday and still no bed arrived and no call from the store. I phoned the store and have to question whether the person I was speaking to was, in fact, drunk - when I actually spoke with them after the first time I called the phone was fumbled with and then hung up! The person seemed confused and uncertain that there was even something that had been expected for delivery the day prior and that didn't arrive. When I provided the invoice info I was told it would be delivered 'early next week'. After hearing nothing from the store I called AGAIN on the Wednesday and was told that the bed would definitely be there the next day (now a WEEK after the original delivery date). Later in the day on Thursday we got a call from the store to say the bed was there. That's great. So ... Is it coming? Oh, you want it delivered? Yes ... it WAS to have been delivered a week ago! The bed finally arrived on a delivery truck (which broke numerous branches off a tree backing into the driveway). There was one person driving/attending the truck, so it was necessary to help carry the bed into the house. That was fine in our case, but many people (e.g., seniors) might be unable to lug a bed frame and mattress off the truck and into the house, up stairs and then put it together. The futon itself is fine, now that we have put it together, but customer service and communication is sorely lacking. Delivery also needs improvement - there should be 2 people on the delivery truck OR customers should be told in advance that they will have to have someone available to help unload the truck. Bed assembly should also be offered, even if at an additional cost - it is simply lost profit for the store, as I believe many customers would have no objection to paying $20+ to have the bed assembled, and the packing materials taken away.
