Despite my constant "oh shit I forgot I need 'X' too" and "oops forgot about 'y'" and making him run back and forth from the stock room to the counter over and over, he was very kind and helpful and even helped me to get a handle on how the items worked and go together. They likely did not make much of a profit from my miniscule purchase but the service was friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10

The vanities are very well constructed and we have been very happy with the purchase. However for some reason one of the tops (all three of our tops were different) has stained from what we consider normal use. Wendy at the HO in Peterborough has sent a serviceman to see if it could be buffed out, but his attempts were not sucessful. ( After five years of use)we have been offered a free replacement top, however we have declined as we do not want to go thru another reno project at this time. Most people would not notice the markings and would accept as wear and tear. What company is going to stand behind their product after 5 years? keep in mind the product is stone and Gus 's do not make the stone but only cut it and sell it. Talk about someone standing behind their products, these people are the best. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The showroom has everything you could want. I was informed of all the different options I could have by Saduf. She is very knowledgeable and so helpful. They even returned my messages when I called after hours when I thought I had a crisis. I bought 2 different vanities from Canada Kitchen and Bath and I wouldn't hesitate to go there for any other bathroom or kitchen needs.
