Despite my constant "oh shit I forgot I need 'X' too" and "oops forgot about 'y'" and making him run back and forth from the stock room to the counter over and over, he was very kind and helpful and even helped me to get a handle on how the items worked and go together. They likely did not make much of a profit from my miniscule purchase but the service was friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10

The products themselves are not that bad I bought a kitchen sink and tap, the tap began to rust and the hose inside the tap broke within 6 months of having it. The tap had 1 year warranty on it and when we went to go redeem the warranty Gus said that ya they have a warranty but you're gonna have to pay for a fee of a new hose because they have to ship it and because the rust might not have been the products fault but our fault (not sure how) the we had to pay $100 for a new tap instead of the whatever it was at regular price. The guy is a snake and honestly would just recommended going somewhere else. If you talk to other kitchen places in town they'll all tell you a similar story.

The showroom has everything you could want. I was informed of all the different options I could have by Saduf. She is very knowledgeable and so helpful. They even returned my messages when I called after hours when I thought I had a crisis. I bought 2 different vanities from Canada Kitchen and Bath and I wouldn't hesitate to go there for any other bathroom or kitchen needs.
