Three guy crew who just got straight to work. Didn't hear a peep from them all day. At the end all scrap shingle pieces were in a box (not much waste, btw), not scattered around the yard. Most importantly, the roof looks great. I got up on the roof after and inspected it closer, and caulking is where it should be and care was taken to do one minor tricky spot correctly. They would have got 5 stars if I was just notified yesterday, with a 30 second phone call, that they wouldn't be here on the day scheduled.
