Mom said she thought this gift would be a cool idea for her to "help decorate the condo" ... from a distance! I just received my first box all the way in CA and it arrived perfectly! As you can see in the pic, the presentation inside the box was SO cute! Everything was perfectly packed for a long shipment while still looking adorbs. I have the perfect white floating shelf in my dining room where I've already setup the first box's stuff! Mom said I'll get an email each month and will have the choice of going with the seasonal box or a different one. Again, speaking so quickly, I couldn't understand at all. "I'm sorry?" "(some brand)." Again he said it like he was speaking to a person who knew no English. At that point the price, availability, or the idea of supporting local business were non-factors. These guys must have a very loyal customer base, because if they are as rude and condescending to other people as they were with me that day, I can't imagine that they attract a ton of new customers.
