The installer did a good job putting it in but I was a little fuzzy about how to use it and use the remote thermostat. Then when we tried to use it the unit worked just fine for 20 minutes then stopped dropping pellets. The repair man tcame but we had to wait about a week because they had to drive 90 miles. Then we started the stove again and it ran this time for 60 minutes and stopped dropping pellets. So I called the Joplin store again and they said they would try to move a couple service calls around and contact me on Monday morning. So Monday morning came and went so I called at 2:30 and was told the appointment they moved around was the afternoon next Tuesday. My main gripe other than a new products did not work from day one was when I called I was told the 90 miles they had to travel was pretty far. Which means if 90 miles is too far for a service call then they should not have sold me the stove in the first place!
