As the school has grown, warmth and flexibility seem to have given way to rigid policies. Keystone has one of the shortest school years and the least daily learning time, with frequent celebrations disrupting classroom flow. Some children need more structure and connection, but concerns were often dismissed. Negative reinforcement ripples through the class, and parents are made to feel small rather than supported. Staff appear professional, but interactions often felt cold. Don't just trust your gut during the tour -- notice how you feel dropping your child off each day. Trust your child. Speak up, even when it's uncomfortable. Things may have improved since, but more openness and responsiveness are still needed.

They focus on practical life and STEM and each child is able to self pace. Teachers are well trained and very supportive. Our son was able to be "potty trained" primarily by their support by 18 months. He is now 3 and already showing reading readiness. Honestly what is more important to be is he is so happy to go to school and learn with his friends. For those of you considering the school reach out and talk to the staff and other parents. On this site I've noted that some of these reviews are from people who have never attended this school. Siri S, I'm looking at you.

One director has never even said hi to us . Courtney hides in her office I don't think we have ever received a greeting . I don't think so many parents or children need that kind of help. Be suspicious of this. I do see some of these teachers in their classroom don't have good enough training to encourage your child or know what to say to teach your child to express or lead them through it. That learning and language development comes from good teachers and a good school. I don't see the teachers doing enough of that here. The preschool rooms are overloaded with children that the teacher:student ratio isn't kept within reason throughout the day so each child doesn't get the attention they need or deserve. Be careful with this daycare as they will try to play games with your child and label them as 'slow' at some point. I don't know the reason behind it, but it seems they are trying to push out current families out to let new families in so as to pretend to be sweet to the newer families and feel good about themselves while treating the current families with disrespect. Either way, don't believe what the director says here as most of it she tries to spin her own drama.

I met with Karen, the director, after a girlfriend of mine recommended them. We walked throughout the entire school, not just the infant room- which is what we needed. The do in house field trips! They go all the way up to kindergarten, and while touring, I could tell all the staff and kids were happy. This is important to me, as I want the best for my child. They have a chef! They introduce nutritional meals and plant a seed of understanding food groups at a young age, to instill healthy food choices as they grow. I LOVE THIS! I was talking to a neighbor mom who couldn't understand why they would have a chef, and to ME, it's important. Because cooking, prepping, rationing out snacks and meals, is tough sometimes. I run a business and manage an office, and my husband works starting his days at 630 at a glass contracting facility, so we are BUSY! Knowing my daughter can get the proper attention and great food, makes me feel VERY confident that I'm providing her with the best school. They have monitors and video cameras, which helps me feel the kids are safe. There's monitors in the front lobby. Everything was clean, everything was labeled, and it felt like they're managed very well. From sign language, to educational groups, to the hands on staff- I just feel this is the best center in town. I literally cried in the parking lot! My only complaint is the price. It's nearly double what other daycares nearby offer! Their full-time rate is 500$. I understand they offer a LOT and it's the best of the best, but 3-400 range would be more appropriate in my opinion. Worth the tour! the kids will thrive! This is our dream daycare!

I certainly was extra stressed with the process of getting twins acclimated to the daycare environment at 15 months (they were at home with a nanny before this), but everyone from the the teachers and staff and director helped make the process work. They girls have their primary teacher, but are constantly interacting with different groups of kids and teachers and staff. This has been wonderful in getting them accustomed to new people outside of the school environment. They used to be very shy about meeting new people but its a comfortable process being in new places now. The school also helps me as a first time mom with many questions I'll have about different things the kids experience. An added bonus that extends beyond the school environemnt!
