My child has been there for over a year and I have seen…read morethe center director Mirabel raise concerns to various parents that their child has problems developing and recommended speech therapy or special needs to several parents so far. I don't think so many parents or children need that kind of help. Be suspicious of this. I do see some of these teachers in their classroom don't have good enough training to encourage your child or know what to say to teach your child to express or lead them through it. That learning and language development comes from good teachers and a good school. I don't see the teachers doing enough of that here. The preschool rooms are overloaded with children that the teacher:student ratio isn't kept within reason throughout the day so each child doesn't get the attention they need or deserve. Be careful with this daycare as they will try to play games with your child and label them as 'slow' at some point. I don't know the reason behind it, but it seems they are trying to push out current families out to let new families in so as to pretend to be sweet to the newer families and feel good about themselves while treating the current families with disrespect. Either way, don't believe what the director says here as most of it she tries to spin her own drama.

First, and most importantly, the teachers and staff are amazing. The communication with the management team was always timely and we appreciated the transparency that was always provided around any teacher changes within classrooms (this was super important to us coming into the school). Any questions that I emailed the administrative team (usually after hours) were generally at least acknowledged that night (either with an answer or letting me know a timeframe I could expect an answer). Our boys were happy with the teachers and staff they interacted with (and even now when we pass by the school while driving they ask if they can stop and say hello) and simply RAVED about Chef Dan's cooking. The classrooms are spacious, clean and organized and we felt confident sending our kids there even during the COVID pandemic because of their thorough cleaning protocols and safety measures. We loved the structured curriculum that included the philosophy of learning while playing. Music and math were essentially part of most lessons throughout the day! Phonics and reading development were worked into the curriculum as well (some other places we looked at included these programs but they were an additional cost). Cost is usually a factor when selecting a daycare and we were very happy that the rates at Primrose were competitive with other similarly situated centers. We truly saw the value in what we were paying and the care and educational support and experience the kids were receiving. In total, we were at the school for nearly 3 years and one or both of our kids were in toddlers, preschool, pre-K, the private kindergarten program as well as the (newly created during COVID) school-age remote learning programs and both kids attended full-time. We are thankful to be part of the Primrose School of Chelmsford family and have met teachers and friends that we are confident will be in our lives for some time going forward.

I…read moredon't know if words can adequately express the amount of gratitude we have for Primrose of Chelmsford and their amazing staff. During our time, they have continued to exceeded every expectation we had. We started our journey with Primrose in April of 2021, when I was returning back to work after being remote from the pandemic. I was so impressed with their clean facility, communication with parents, and their curriculum. The teachers and staff have encouraged and supported my son in so many ways and we see his confidence soaring. It's so easy sending him in everyday because he loves to go to school. We know when he's there that he is safe, cared for, and having the best time. I really loved the communication and pictures through the app and whenever I needed anything, Anne and Heidi were always right there to help. We couldn't have asked for better experience!

They helped her achieve all of her milestones and even got to do some fun projects along the way. As a first time mom, I realized she was getting older and I knew it was time for her to transition to a new classroom. Miss Abigiya and Miss Tseday helped make this transition much easier. The quality communication that they provide, the beautiful pictures that they upload to the app, and the activities that they do to get them fully prepared for her for next steps was an incredible experience that we are thankful for. My daughter was treated as if they are her own and we can't thank them enough for another incredible experience. Since then, my daughter has now fully transitioned to the toddler program with Miss Yanelis and Miss Yira. My daughter will come home and try to sing new songs, saying many new words, and continuing to have a great curriculum experience that is supporting her development. When she is in the hands of Miss Yanelis and Yira, I know she is well cared for, supervised, loved, learning, and having so much fun along the way. We can't thank them both enough for helping us transition into the toddler program at ease and supporting her development. As a working mom, no matter how many days pass, you have guilt leaving your child in the hands of someone else- but Miss Abigiya, Miss Tseday, Miss Yanelis, and Miss Yira made it that much easier. The love, care, and growth she is receiving from you both is unrecognizable and we know we made the right decision having her enrolled at KB South. Finally, I want to thank Miss Norma and Miss Carla for their hard work in the kitchen. Feeding well over 130 children, following allergy plans, and putting your heart and soul into every ingredient does not go unnoticed. My daughter has been able to try a variety of things while being at school and has helped her not become a picky eater. We appreciate all the meals you provide and we know that our daughter is receiving quality meals while at school. KB South, thank you for everything. The Caira family appreciates you more than you know! We also want to thank Miss Diane and Miss Kim for all the special hellos in the morning and departures. Our daughter loves to play with the phone at home and finds herself stopping by their desk to say hello, pretend to use their phone, then go give the cook a high five, and then be ready to go into the classroom. The Director, Program Specialist, and Cook has helped make the morning drop offs and departures that much easier and my daughter established a wonderful routine with them to get her excited for school. We can't thank you all enough for the warm and welcoming experience!

Thank you for everything Miss Maritza & Miss Nicole. I appreciate you both for taking such great care of her. The center is clean, the staff fun, and the Directors responsible and experienced. They hold everyone to high standards of care. Sadly, this is the complete opposite of our previous center. Though we have only interacted with some teachers (starting at 4 means we skipped a few classes!), all have been wonderful. My daughter is getting ready for Kindergarten, made fantastic friends, and regularly makes cards for her teachers (just because she adores them). I no longer stress about the care she is receiving, if she will be behind in school, or if the teachers are treated well (phew!). I will note the cost is higher and the hours more limited (close earlier) than our other center. Thankfully, we were able to manage both; totally worth it!
