He came to our house the same day to see the scope of work and was working on our yard within days as promised. I am pregnant and my husband was injured at the time and we were desperate for our yard to be mowed and a hefty yard project to be complete before our baby shower(hosting lots of important guest to us). The owner himself and another associate came to get the work done. They mowed our lawn and did additional edging and weeding as well. I was beyond impressed as we had just figured we were getting a quick mow. Our yard project was much more excessive. We wanted a paver walkway! We needed a chunk of our yard dug up, weed sheets placed, pavers placed and then mulch. They exceeded our expectations rain and shine! The finished project wasn't exactly what we wanted and the guys took time to perfect it and make it exactly as we wished. Overall for the price and the quality of work this business deserves 10/10 stars. We will for sure be using these guys for all future yard needs and referring them to others in the neighborhood. In fact we love the paver project so much we would love for these guys to do the other side one of these days. Thank you again for excellent service and dedication.

I would not recommend Reel Time Lawncare. I hired Matthew and company to remove two oak trees and…read moregrind down the stumps. On the first day of work, the team removed one of the two trees. Matthew asked he could finish the job another day because he needed a lift to take down the second tree. I agreed - I even offered to pay more money for the lift. Per Matthew's request, I paid him 66% of the estimate (despite him only completing 25% of the work). He said he'd be back in a week or two to finish the job. He never showed back up or even had the curiosity to call or text me back. Now, three months later, I'm left with one stump that needs to be grinded and a tree (and a second stump) that needs to be removed. While it seemed that his estimate was the cheapest, in the long run it will cost me more money.

This was the final of five bids I tiredly gathered to remove three massive trees, one medium-sized tree, six stumps across nearly half an acre, but Reliable Tree Services stood out in every way. From the very first call, I could tell they were different: prompt, professional, and genuinely respectful. In an industry where it's often hard to find people who truly care about both the customer and the job, these gentlemen completely exceeded my expectations. Despite pouring rain during the estimate, they arrived without hesitation and communicated clearly, as well as provided both proof of insurance and a detailed, ready-to-sign digital estimate before I even made it home. That level of responsiveness and organization is rare, and it spoke volumes about their integrity and dedication. Every step of the process - from the first call to the final cleanup - was handled with such care, respect, and incredible attention to detail. All three gentlemen on the crew treated my property and I as if it were their own. When I chose to add even more work mid-project, they were patient, understanding, and offered honest, thoughtful advice without any pressure. Their precision and mindfulness amazed me, especially as a customer who deeply values the small details. Reliable Tree Services reminded me that there are still companies out there that combine true professionalism, skill, and genuine respect for their clients and their craft alike - completing the vision for customers with their utmost best performance. Don't look anywhere else. These are the tree people you can trust - the ones who make you feel fully taken care of. I'll be calling them again and recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of exceptional tree work!

My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

THE Top of the Line Paving Contractors Are you looking for expert, quality craftsmanship,…read moreefficient, responsible, assiduous, conscientious, talented, professional workers, at a Great price? Sounds like a tall, impossible order; Correct? Not if you select Wagner Pavers as you "make your statement in stone". Thank God for a neighbor who recently hired them to create his paved driveway as we may have never found Wagner without questioning our neighbor about who was completing his work. Their work is likely completely through word of mouth as I've never seen any advertising from them. Their work speaks for itself. Once you meet them, from the office personnel, the owners & workers, you are clearly a part of the team formed to get the job done to perfection. Feeling like part of the Wagner Pavers family is expected once you meet them. Our job was a large one. I was skeptical before we started as to whether we really needed to have the work done at all but now that it is complete, it is VERY clear how it enhances our property & sets the value at a new level. Our driveway alone is ~2,400 square feet. Along with the driveway, we also converted two patio areas with the same pavers. The stones that were in the patio areas before the new pavers were placed were irregular in height and difficult to walk on. Now that the new pavers are placed, the surface is flat, coordinated, blended with the driveway and enhances the entire look of the house. Before I close this review out, I'll try to express the commitment & exceptional expertise of the workers. With ~40 years of on-off constriction in three different states & 4 different homes, re-doing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, pools along with doubling the size of our 1st home adding many addition rooms, heated flooring & fireplaces; We've worked with many many contractors, concrete masons, carpenters, window manufacturers, roofers ect. But I have to say that the guys that work for Wagner Pavers are THE most exceptionally talented workers I've EVER experienced. They are clearly committed to their work, they are very well experienced. There was NO guesswork involved with their work. They get it exactly right the 1st time & work very diligently to get the work done timely. I was amazed at how fast & accurate they worked under the hot Florida summer sun, with very few breaks, to get the job completed. This was all completed at a very fair price & short time between start to finish. On top of it all; They back up their work! They have won me over as part of their family and I need to let everyone know who is in need of their services; Do not hesitate! They will take care of your job like a new expectant mother cares for her new child! I highly recommend them! They are patient, kind & work for your business.
