Lighthouse Finance Lending Corp in Arcadia CA with NMLS ID (322580)'s lender broker, Harris Mao forged signature, created fake P&L, documents, and letters to try to get the mortgage loan approved without any of my permission. Lender contacted my accountant to verify authenticity of the documents, & that's how we found out this broker faking all documents & submitted to lending company.
The loan didn't get approved, and he blamed on the lending institute that they never checked all those documents in the past, & i questioned to him that those are the policy and procedures of lending company and he should of know it. but instead of letting his client knows the status of the loan process, he went ahead and be creative to create fake documents, fake P&L, fake letters and even forge signatures on the letter and submit to lender and hoping that it will go thru, not to mention that i already have all the legit and proper documents required by the lender, and he shouldn't even have to mod/ create any of it, but for whatever reasons, he faked some of the documents, wrote letters to lender, and forged signature on it, and submitted all those to lender.
I ended up getting hard money loan for my investment property because of the mess this Harris Mao created, i should be able to get the regular loan for my investment property, but because he is being shady and creative to fake documents, and we have to close escrow within certain time frame, so i have no choices but to get hard money loan for it, and this cost me a lot more per month on the monthly mortgage payment, & also this guy has no shame on what he did. He puts the blame on lending institute, and on others but not admit any false doing on his own, he even has guts to charge service fee when he didn't do anything, and didn't read any of the emails.
The lender asked for addition documents, and he will just forward the email to you directly, so am i the broker or is he the broker? I literally has to deal with the bank directly to get the loan approved, and he gets paid for doing practically nothing, also he doesn't do what he promised over the phone and on emails. All he worries about is to take your money and do NOTHING.
Stay away from this place if you need loan/ mortgage. This person Harris Mao, and this business is doing shady and unlawful transaction in house, their business licenses, NMLS, and broker licenses should be revoked, and forgery document is also consider as criminal activities, their business should get shut down by the dept. and this person should get sent to the jail for it. read more
