I could have easily not had the procedure done for a couple more years but, with Dr. Carter's reputation being the way it is, I was comfortable getting it done as soon as possible. Dr. Carter did not push me in any way to get the procedure done...he was very professional! The day of the procedure went well and fast. My procedure was at 1:30...they ask you to be there 1.5 hours early to process you in and get you ready. My procedure took 30 minutes max. I was prescribed meds and was out the door by 3. My procedure was on a Friday and I was walking on it that night. The last time I took a dose of the meds was Monday AM. I felt like I could start running again that day! Overall, I was very happy with the whole procedure...from start to finish! I highly recommend Dr. Carter!

I explained this to the workmen comp agency, they don't want to hear anything that I have to say. I had to obtain a lawyer to get my benefits restored in as of right now, I have no income.

I'm angry because I felt the Dr should have done more for my mom the hospital should have not discharged her with that clot .

I had lost track of where I had parked it and I was so tired and with the storm, ( it wasn't a pleasant experience), but anyway, everyone was very helpful helping me try to find the right building and so forth. A young man, BRIAN,( a tall and bearded ) was a sweetheart, he told me where to go and finally poor thing decided to take me right where I was going. He didn't have to do that, he was working but what a kind and thoughtful young man to be so nice to a befuddled old woman. I appreciate all that he did. I wanted to give him something for his troubles, but wouldn't take anything ( I only had a credit card, but would have gotten something for him). Thank you once again Brian, you were raised the proper way. Your hospital has a terrific employee working for you, (raise time). My son operation was a success and feeling ok today, sore of course. All staff members were informative and patient as well as happy to discuss things and answer questions. They were also thorough and made sure to cover everything. We didn't have to wait forever for things to get done either, which is always a plus. We've been to many hospitals over the years and you're often left waiting for hours for even the tiniest thing. You're often left forgotten about, uninformed, or rushed and unable to get questions answered! This hospital was the exact opposite. Even with the renovations going on, they kept things easy going and organized. If we had to go to a hospital again, this is the one we would try to return to if able. Staff were all wonderful! We have absolutely no complaints!

Went to this hospital Friday afternoon. From start to finish was a disaster. the triage nurses cut…read moreme off and dismissed me when asking questions. one of the two triage nurses blew my vein and then continued to fish and try to get blood out of it. When I got into the Er room and was disrobing two nurses opened the door and exposed me to people walking by. My husband had to jump in front of me and then close the door. The doctor was dismissive to my symptoms and then lied on my MyChart. They Did nothing for my issues gave me pain killer for hypertension and sent me home no better than when I got there. this experience was the worse I have ever had. I would rather die than ever set foot in this hospital again.
