I have asthma and allergies and was having more nasal congestion than usual and didn't want it to get really bad. Dr Queen has been my ENT for over 10 years and is just amazing. I called the office and staff worked me in to get an appointment that afternoon. I registered at home before my appt so I didn't have to do anything but see the doctor. It was a sinus infection and I needed antibiotics. I am so thankful to doctor Queen and his staff for getting me in so quickly to treat this before it got much worse. Everyone in this office is just amazing and I tell all of my friends and family they should definitely see Dr. Queen.

I suffered from chronic, and often acute, depression since childhood. Many years of therapy helped, but only a little. I was almost 40 and still very emotionally fragile when I started seeing Dr. Reilly. I am so much more emotionally stable and resilient as a result. I would not have believed my life could be so much better. It didn't happen overnight. For me, it took weekly group therapy with Dr. Reilly for several years. But everyone in my group who stuck with it agreed that the improvement in their lives was amazing. I laughed when I saw the comment about Dr. Reilly being disheveled and his office being less than elegant because that was true. Do not mistake that for lack of professionalism. In every way that mattered, he was always both professional and compassionate. He cared about making therapy affordable for his clients and earning enough money to provide well for his family. He did not care about investing in a posh office. He did not even have an office receptionist. If you called his office, either he answered himself or you left a voicemail message. He usually called back within a few hours, if not sooner. I've never had a more responsive doctor of any kind. That included making himself available one-on-one within a day or two if you let him know you were experiencing a sudden crisis. I could not recommend anyone more highly!

After seeing them since October and having repeated a hearing test cause they wanted "their own" performed they never actually did anything to help me, 15 min to 25 minute office visists with less that 5 minutes with the Dr., doing the same thing over and over again like it was a first vist or something. Last appointment I cancelled because it felt like more of the same. Never getting any where just repeat, repeat, repeat....copay copay copay. Dr. Burton was wonderful. I got my hearing aids and have had so much trouble with them. One aid wouldn't charge. They ordered me a new charger. 2 weeks go by. I call them. They had it, and they claimed they called and left a voice message. Nope. Didn't happen. Same problem. They wouldn't charge. I then left my aids with them for repair. Again, weeks go by. I call them. They sent them to Gloucester. They claimed same thing again. Nope. No message. And of course the Gloucester office is rarely open. I even asked them to call my wife JUST in case my phone suddenly had a problem. Nope. They didn't do that either. In total, FOUR times, they supposedly left a VM. Seriously??? Go to Costco!!!!!!! My wife was getting allergy shots (3 shots) at the Gloucester office for 2 1/2 years. Ann was the only one who did a great job. Every 2 months, someone new was giving the shots. She came home with knots, bruises, and a painful arm almost every time. Ann tried her best to be available for my wife, but couldn't always do it. The wait was horrible many times too. Sometimes, well over an hour!! She had to stop getting her weekly shots. It was too much for her. I don't think they take the Gloucester office seriously. They need to service this area better.
