I was very impressed with this as each teacher learns their assigned infants, rather than the infants being passed around and cared for by different people every day. My daughter had horrible eczema as an infant and her teacher was EXTREMELY helpful in getting it under control by following the skin care regimen the pediatrician recommended. My daughter was always clean, happy and healthy. I never had to worry that my baby wasn't being cared for. The piece of mind alone was invaluable. My daughter is now getting ready to enter the school's pre-k program. She has learned so much throughout the years at Laurel tree and I am confident that she will be prepared, if not over prepared, for kindergarten next year. Yes, I think there was some staff that recently left but I do not feel like that impacted anything day to day which is evidence that the people running the place are present and actively navigating the running of a School. I know from experience because I have actually been at a day care which had directors change every-other-month plus quick turnover of teachers. That was actually a nightmare which I have NOT experienced at Goddard.
