Turn of the Century Lighting does not do the actual installation of fixtures; you have to find your own electrician. Old ceiling connection was not up to current code but electrician was able to fix that.

Within the space of 1 week of having been very lightly used, we are seeing major scratches on the surface area. It seems like the finish is completely lacking, normally wooden tables are at the very least finished with a scratch-resistant coating. The table is clearly advertised as "Wood is sealed for protection and longevity". I find the fact that scratches appear so easily, so quickly irreconcilable with the product specs on the website. My wife and I reached out to CasaLife support only to be berated by the owner who told us to 'stop abusing' our table and accused us of "negligence". We have been very careful and our other wooden furniture (including multiple tables) have not been so delicate, or easy to scratch. Highly recommend going to CB2 or Create & Barrel and not CasaLife for any wooden tables.

First was the cashier who for some reason needed to reconfirm EVERYTHING with me that was right in front of her on the receipt, several times! I didn't give her anything complicated and believe every cashier should understand how to read the time, date and item number on in a receipt. I wanted to return a single item that was purchased at different location just half hour prior and it was as though she didn't believe me or didn't understand, all the while starring at the receipt! Second employee could've cared less to take accountability over misplaced and mismarked items that I brought to her attention. Her dismissive response "yeah, yeah everything has a label so..." rubbed me wrong way! If the item were at all visible and not buried under other products I would've gladly gotten it myself and not ask her to help me dig for it. It's a real shame these two represent a company such as this.
