It had this umami taste and it was one of the best tempura sauces that I have ever tasted. We love Kama and order it at every Japanese restaurant that we go to. Though, undoubtedly, the fish is extremely fresh and the quality of the ingredients is way above the average standard offered in Milan, i find it a bit on the expensive and the tiny portion side. I also have to agree with my fellow dinner companions. Though the sushi was impeccable and fairly prompt in being delivered, those who opted for cooked dishes had to either wait quite a bit or solicit repeatedly.
