The smallest package is 3. This was difficult because after the first appointment I felt this was not a fit for us. She explained there would be no refunds. Also if you don't reschedule within a month you will loose your appointment. I felt there were too many rules for a coaching type session. It's important to find a right fit when you are going through a difficult time so you can get the best help in your situation. We decided to finish our appointments so we wouldn't waste several hundred dollars. I'm giving 3 stars because she did offer some helpful tips but overall I wouldn't come back.
