We were arguing about everything and growing apart. I wondered what the next ten years would be like if we continued down this path. My husband agreed to a marital "tune up," and it was the best decision we had ever made. Tara gave us skills for handling our conflicts and helped us find ways to communicate with each other without confrontation. She also helped us understand the reasons behind our differences and how we could meet each others' needs. Her assignments and lesson plans were eye-opening for the both of us; we began connecting in ways we hadn't in years. Coming up on our 12th year together, my husband and I still utilize the communication strategies Tara showed us. We are more engaged and aware of our unique love languages, and we make an effort for "us" time which we had never done before. I was so happy with the progress we had made as a couple, I went back to see Tara for life coaching and Brain Spotting to overcome fear and anger from my past. Tara is easy to talk to, gives sound advice, and has helped me interpret situations without bias or perceptions clouding my judgment. I would recommend Tara for anyone seeking life coaching or couple's therapy.

After struggling with chronic knee pain for years--trying everything from physical therapy to medications and even other alternative therapies--I finally found true and lasting relief through Reiki with her. From the very beginning, Ally created a space that felt safe, sacred, and full of compassion. Her intuitive wisdom, grounded presence, and deep understanding of energy work helped me feel truly seen and supported. Not only did my pain ease significantly, something I had begun to think wasn't possible, but I also experienced profound emotional and spiritual healing. Ally didn't just help me heal, she inspired me to become a healer myself. Because of her, I chose to attend her Reiki training course, and it completely transformed my life. I now use Reiki in my own work as an art and meditation coaching therapist, helping my clients reconnect to their bodies, release emotional blocks, and turn their pain into beauty and self-expression. Ally's teachings are a gift that keep unfolding. She empowered me with the tools to continue healing and to share that healing with others. Her presence, her light, and her wisdom are truly extraordinary. If you are in pain, feeling disconnected, or searching for deeper healing, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Ally. She is a true master, gentle, powerful, and deeply aligned with her purpose. Forever Grateful

I am not a big negative reviews guy, but this woman triggered me beyond belief…read more I was looking into possibly getting some coaching in the future with Michelle Terrell (at the moment of this post I can't financially afford it and was up front with her about it), but signed up for a free 15 minute phone consult because she seemed like a decent enough lady with lots of credentials. To be fair, we had had some disagreements on FB (I disagreed with some of her posts) in months past and at that time she seemed to take the disagreements professionally/with a grain of salt. I determined after swapping a few FB PMS with her (didn't even make it to the phone consult stage), her coaching style simply was too harsh/abrasive/in your face for my liking, as she truly lacks compassion, empathy and other necessary attributes someone who is a life or dating coach optimally should possess. In my opinion, she was unjustly abrasive when I poured out my heart to her, admitted personal flaws, suicidal ideations from depression and genuinely asked for guidance. In her very first UNEDITED response she said, (regarding our past disagreement on her posts), "You come off as a know it all authority jerk on my page so clearly who you are inside is not conveying and that's because who you THINk you are is not the image you want to share, but who you really are is who needs to come forward and the off putting guy needs to dissolve away off of you." It went downhill from there. I have all the messages saved if anybody requires further proof. Who calls a potential future client a know it all authority jerk right out of the gate? FINAL VERDICT- Michelle Terrell claims to be on the side of men, but jumps to hasty, accusatory conclusions, has anger and impatience issues, shows no compassion, empathy or the same open mindedness she expects her clients to exercise and takes her frustrations out on the men she claims to want to help. This is probably the reason she only has literally 3 reviews on the web at this moment (and they are ALL negative) and why she deletes any comments that disagree with her on her page because she is infallible and will not stand for being disagreed with...EVER.
