CONS: - The only thing I can think of is, there are really no well marked parking spots here? I kind of just pulled my vehicle up next to the huge propane tank. The employee said it was okay since it wasn't busy. FINAL THOUGHTS: - If you NEED to fill your PROPANE TANK, this is the place to go. After being a loyal customer for well over five years, but every time we have service, it's a battle about price from their so-called retail to their repeat customer price that's a sales game to try and get me for more money, and then finally discount the price to not lose business is just like a cheap car salesman scenario and who likes those games? Recently, they changed policy again and do not want cash check or credit card business only wanting them on terms because that's in the mid-20s for interest rates so to me that's a scam as what business would not want to get a credit card today or a check today versus waiting for money for 30 days so I don't know who the heck's business model that is but to me it's asinine as a 40 year business, professional frankly stupidity to turn away, cash flow. Service wise, when we finally get a service call, again, the tech is trying to sell us a whole new forklift when they've been maintaining it doing oil changes twice a year, and I only have a minimal amount of hours and frankly under 2000 pound load lift on flat ground/paved yard at my warehouse... point being I have to be present for every service appointment to my forklift because we'd frankly get ripped off with extra charges is the way I feel that's obviously time to pick a new service provider. * been dealing with the BS for a while, but having to get a credit inquiry for what is usually a under $500 bill paid COD is absurd and infuriating. My company purchased a used forklift (Yale) from Chance with Pape at the City of Industry location…read more The unit supposedly had a thorough inspection from Pape and was told by him & another employee the unit would last forever with the limited use it would experience from us. I'm guessing FOREVER means the unit will have a hydraulic tilt failure after 4 months and then 5 months a front main seal leak. We were also told by Chance that we are getting a great deal on this unit which mean nothing when we can't use it. The lift was purchased to replace an old Clark unit (approx. 1978) that we had for approximately 19yrs. Now we have a large paper weight in our shop that will require major repairs and are back to the reason why we replaced our old unit. We are receiving feedback from Chance which is a reminder of the unit being sold AS IS (I guess meaning piece of sh**). We are a small company and the forklift was a big expense for us that will require additional funds. I'm sure this sale was minor for them but the purchase was major for us. If possible, I would give them ZERO STARS!!!!

I never heard back from one company and the other got me the quote about 2 weeks after I had asked for it. By then Forklift Nation had picked up our unit and returned it to us. Gina was great! She kept in touch and understood that I needed to gather other bids. She got me payment information and options. We will be using them for our next maintenance.

In addition, office lady quoted one thing and then billed higher given we had to replace battery but this was not the price that was calculated when the tech came out. He said since we aren't servicing an oil change, it would be less. But their office disagreed and told us a higher amount after. Regardless, miscommunication on pricing and no follow through on further radiator quote we were supposed to receive.
