The next day came and went and he didn't show up Or call. I texted him in desperation and got no response. He totally ghosted me with no explanation and I wasted three days in a desperate situation. It looks like the problem May be emanating from a repair he did a couple years ago that cost me $1000 for less than a days work. I gave him a five star review for that work. Turns out that was a mistake. I can no longer in full conscience recommend this business to Anyone for anything. I see he's done this to others.

With considerable determination, Matthew Waller found and replaced the dysfunctional component. So, now it is spring, and my almost ancient heater/air conditioner refused to cool my home. Matthew Waller and his assistant Theodore Watrin found and replaced the defective part. In the first case, the problem was unusual. But Matthew was determined to solve this problem. And in so doing, saved me the task of replacing the entire unit. Working with the Waller's staff has been rewarding in that they exhibit a consistent high work ethic. Matthew and Theodore are knowledgeable, hard working, and respectful. Trish, office staff, has worked with me to schedule appointments that work for me. To summarize, I trust the work done by Waller's staff, and will continue to contact Waller's for my HVAC repairs. Linda Falen White Rock, New Mexico
