Between the feel ups after my exam was completed while the female who stood in the room with him turned her back to put away the tools used and the inappropriate staring / assistance insisting on helping turn my gown around when I was fully capable of doing myself but he insisted and stared at my nude body and joked about not seeing anything. In addition I've also never had an office do as much as possible to charge you and force you to come in for results to gouge more money out of you. Then to have such an out of date system you're standing there for 15 minutes just trying to get the card reader to take your payment. After vocalizing the inappropriate behavior presented by dr Morgan and confided in another doctor about what I experienced the whole office even the front desk lady knew about what I in confidence confided. So unprofessional all the way around and will never return or recommend anyone go here. Also if you want to wait an hour after showing up EARLY to your appointment then be my guest. Again, never returning.

7.27.24 It's time to update my review…read more If you read my reviews you know Kelsey Seybold has been in the dog house with me for some time now. So I did not have high hope for my visit on 7.24.24. I had to see the doctor for my annual checkup. My regular doctor retired (good for you!) so I had to pick a new PCP, Dr. Cynthia Basaldua. I have seen her a few times before when my regular doctor was on vacation. She was very polite during my visit. She explained everything to me for my care in the future. Overall, today's experience was good. The front desk lady was friendly and NOT rude today. That's a plus. I am giving 4 stars for the overall experience today. (That's way Better than my last review!)

Disappointed and Discouraged by Care Denial…read more I wish my experience had been anything but disappointing. I scheduled an appointment seeking compassionate guidance for a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). To my surprise--and dismay--Dr. Michael D. Kelly and his nurse practitioner denied me service without even reviewing my medical history. My last C-section was six years ago, yet instead of taking the time to listen, Dr. Kelly dismissed my request outright. As a patient, I expect at least a thoughtful conversation. Instead, I felt rushed, unheard, and judged--like I was being penalized for asserting what I believe to be a reasonable birth plan. The nurse practitioner's bedside manner only deepened my frustration; their off-putting demeanor made an already stressful moment feel untenable. At the very least, I hoped for professionalism and empathy. What I encountered felt the opposite. Seeking a respectful discussion about VBAC shouldn't result in denial of care--but here, it did. Disappointing indeed.

I arrived 15 minutes before my schedule appointment time, only to wait for almost 2 hours in the waiting room, there was no communication of why the long wait. Finally got called back to the exam room and was there for a period of time, only to be told the doctor could not see me and for me to leave and go have lunch and come back and the doctor may be able to see me then. I left and rescheduled for the next week. I arrived on time and once I approached the desk I was told once again the doctor could not see me, no apology or explanation, once again. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and these people have no respect for your time. I value my time and theirs, that's why I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointments. This level of disrespect is unacceptable.

They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Check in was easy at the kiosk. They have plenty of seating on the 5th floor and even a coffee bar. They send you a text to meet your medical assistant at the door. They still come out and call your name. The rooms were nice and fancy with computerized signs outside the door. Very nice complex.

They had me wait for 10 minutes and then called back to be put in the hallway. Drew labs and started an IV. They proceeded to take me back to the waiting room with an IV, no call bell. Still very short of breath. After 20 minutes I saw a nurse and told her I wanted to go back to the hallway because I was so short of breath. Asked her who my nurse was and she stated we all are. They dont have phleboomist so they have aids draw your blood! She kept poking me, reached for something and let go of my needle insertion so blood splattered all over the floor.
