She proceeded to tell me to try again over and over again, because I would be so fertile after I lost my baby. I mean she did semi listen to me when she asked about birth control. And now I was sent a bill for about $40, and can't even be told what it's for.

With Dr. Gonzalez who is a primary care doctor. The nurse Crystal that attended me prior to the doctor coming in was very nice and made me feel at ease. Dr, Gonzalez came in shortly after was FANTASTIC!!! She asked all the right questions and answered all my questions to my satisfaction! The receptionist was looking at me while I was trying to come in at 6:45am. She finally opened the doors at 6:55am since there was a line of people waiting to come in. -- I have a new PCP and today's visit was my first with her. This is the first doctor at Kelsey that I find to actually listen and care about my health in YEARS! I am totally shocked.

She's a good doctor, in the most medical sense. She knows her stuff, clearly paid attention in school. She always seemed rushed. She probably was, being that she was on call at the hospital right down the road. So that is understandable. But if you're looking for a dr who is going to encourage you to do things naturally, she is not the one for you. Her adamance on the COVID vaccine, which I refused, made me uncomfortable. Dr Bui never asked me about my birth plan, the office staff told me when my schedule induction was which we had never EVER discussed prior. I refused that too. Only after that did anyone ask for my plan. I wanted a natural birth. Of course things don't go as planned, so I ended up needing to be induced after 12 hours of not progressing, according to the dr. After everything was said and done, she walked in to my room the next day and made sure to say "look at that, you ended up being induced anyway." Which felt like a smack in the face, or an I told you so. Either way, it was insensitive to say the least. I had decided a few months into my pregnancy that I would not go through pregnancy again with dr Bui, it was just very clear to me our views didn't align. If your plan is to go the natural route, she's not the one who's going to encourage you to do so. If you're good with a schedule and knowing exactly when you're going to give birth, she's the one for you.

I went in for vaginal itching, and she said she was going to prescribe medication without even examining me. I told her to examine me, and when she did, she didn't even wear gloves. She seemed inexperienced and uninterested in doing her job properly. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, but they didn't start seeing me until 12:30 PM, an hour and a half late. I really don't expect to schedule another appointment. I hope this review is helpful to anyone who needs it.
