Well I was having a miscarriage, so I never got an ultrasound. The doctor was in the room for less than 10 minutes, I was waiting in this hot room for longer than I seen the doctor. She proceeded to tell me to try again over and over again, because I would be so fertile after I lost my baby. I mean she did semi listen to me when she asked about birth control. And now I was sent a bill for about $40, and can't even be told what it's for.

Everyone at the office was very nice and helpful, they always answered all of our questions and we were never rushed. The birthing day was very smooth and easy, loved getting to use the tub for pushing! The midwives are there for checking periodically on progress and for the birthing, but not constantly in the room with you, so it was nice having a doula for extra support. (Cherish Peacewalker was great!) They had birth classes available which were nice for mental prep. Everything went well, we felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and felt very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend for a personable and natural experience and would definitely come again for our next baby! They were also very helpful with fixing breastfeeding difficulties at our checkup

Dr. deAyala is nice as well and direct. My only problem is the ultrasound technician. She is rude and takes terrible ultrasound pictures. Even with her explanation I feel like she just took some random pictures and called it a baby. On top of that, she makes snide remarks and doesn't allow the partner to be next to the woman during the ultrasound. Everyone at deAyala OBGYN besides the ultrasound technician deserves a 10/10. Ultrasound technician deserves: -1/10. Thank you Elyse and Dr. deAyala for the making the process so wonderful and memorable.

From the very beginning, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Even after birth, the compassion continued. Sophie was amazing after labor, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Jami and Sophie had such a reassuring presence, and their knowledge and confidence made me feel completely safe and empowered during and after labor. Their team worked together so seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that was peaceful, encouraging, and full of love. Because of Jami and her team, I was able to welcome my beautiful boy into the world in the most positive, empowering way. I will forever be grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. If you're looking for a birth team that treats you like family and makes you feel strong and capable, this is the place. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Receiving an invitation from Nativiti years after our experience was deeply triggering and…read morereawakened pain that has never been acknowledged by the team. Due to privacy regulations (FERPA and HIPAA), I don't expect a follow-up or apology at this point. But after five years, I feel it's important to finally share this publicly for the sake of others seeking care. When I experienced high blood pressure late in pregnancy, we were advised to go to the hospital--but the promised support in emergency transitions never came. My partner and I had to navigate the ER and hospital system alone while I was in and out of consciousness from a magnesium drip. The only outreach was a call asking whether we'd be returning for aftercare--not a check-in, not a gesture of compassion, not even a follow-up to acknowledge what had happened. We later discovered documentation of a hypertension diagnosis that was never discussed with us transparently. No safety plan was made. The most guidance we received came from our hypnobirthing coach--not our midwifery team. We were also exposed to COVID-19 due to lax policies around symptomatic individuals, compounding our stress and vulnerability. While a partial refund was eventually issued, the emotional impact of being left unsupported in one of the most critical moments of our lives still lingers. I truly hope Nativiti has grown and changed. But for us, what was promised and what was lived were very different.

When I asked him and his nurse about it, they both said my symptoms were no big deal. In the end, I ended up back in the hospital with postpartum preeclampsia and my baby developed some complications that may have been related to my high blood pressure toward the end of my pregnancy. It was a good thing that I asked to be induced a couple weeks early because Dr. Zimmerman intended to let me go longer, which would have worsened everything considerably. In addition to all that, he made several comments to my husband that were unprofessional and uncalled for.

5 STARS FOR DR JESSICA MILLER…read more My doctor so unprofessionally dropped me as a patient when I was 33 weeks pregnant so I was scrambling to find a new doctor PLUS it was the week surrounding Christmas! I'm SO thankful she accepted me as a patient and made room to see me as soon as possible in her busy schedule around the holidays. I will forever be grateful. She's exactly the OB I was looking for. She is so nice and friendly, one of the main things I wanted was a personable doctor- who doesn't want to have a good trusting relationship with the person who will deliver your baby!? She gives me exactly that. Even from knowing her for barely like 3 weeks now. She is supportive of my wishes for a natural birth and minimal/no interventions unless absolutely medically necessary! Jackpot! I have not actually given birth yet so if I remember I can update my review after that happens, but I'm due in 2 weeks and just love Dr Miller so much. I would like to formally express my frustration regarding my ultrasound appointment today…read more I had a scheduled ultrasound appointment, and I made a significant effort to attend. I am currently pregnant and had a very difficult night and was unable to sleep well because of my pregnancy. I also do not have my own transportation, so I depend on someone else to take me to my appointments. The clinic is normally about 30 minutes away, but because of traffic, the trip took approximately one hour today. When I arrived at the clinic, I was informed at the front desk that the person performing my ultrasound was sick and would not be there. I completely understand that people get sick, and I am not upset with the employee for being ill. What I am upset about is that the clinic did not notify me before my appointment. If the clinic knew that the ultrasound provider was unavailable, I should have been contacted so that I would not have to arrange transportation, spend an hour traveling to the clinic, and go through all of that physical effort while pregnant, only to find out when I arrived that my appointment could not take place. I also find this especially frustrating because patients are charged a $30 fee if they miss an appointment without providing sufficient notice. I understand the importance of keeping appointments and notifying the clinic when we cannot attend. However, I believe that the same consideration and responsibility should be expected from the clinic. Patients should be notified as soon as possible when an appointment is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled. Patients have their own circumstances, transportation difficulties, work schedules, health issues, and personal sacrifices that the clinic may not see. In my case, getting to this appointment required considerable effort and coordination, especially because I am in the later stages of pregnancy and do not have reliable personal transportation. I am asking that the clinic please review what happened today and consider improving its communication system so that patients are notified promptly when an appointment is cancelled or a provider is unavailable. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. Beside that Doctors and nurses are really nice
