They came and said it does not stick to calking. They put stuff over the calking and said it would stick to that. We can't scrub shower as it will wear off. We use shower spray cleaner and wipe with a soft cloth. But a few months later the brown grout shows through. January 6th I left a message and no no return call yet. I guess the warranty is only a few months. I am sure some of their stuff works. But if we want a decent shower we will have to. tear out and do something better. Showers have to be a hard surface you can scrub.

I could have probably achieved better results taking the time to sand down my old tub and use the $100 refinishing kit I bought initially. I think more care could have been taken with the prep on the front-end to achieve a better result IMO. The company was responsive to fixing an issue with the initial application, but the level of service doesn't match the price tag. Do yourself a favor and try it yourself with a refinishing kit. If all else fails and you call in professionals, ask a lot of questions about the process. See what separates Artistic from say a Miracle Method for example. Talk with the technician about the process day of and follow up as each step is completed before final application. Do your due diligence and avoid my mistake.
